I've been looking at 4070ti, 4080 and 7900xtx for a full 2 months now. I wanted to get one of those with a nice deal at BF/BD, but there were no killer deals during that time… I have all the parts for my new PC except for the GPU, cause that's the only part that sucked balls with discounts!
Imma wait for next Monday and the super announcement before deciding where I'll go. Crossing finger for the 4080super at 1200usd with discounted 4080 so I can get one at like 1500/1600aud. But I'm afraid NGreedia will put the super at 1300usd and tell all their customers to go f* themselves once again… I'll got to the 7900xtx if they do that. f* them.

I'm also in a similar boat. I've been eyeing a 7900 XT for months as well, but there have been no deals!
I assume that AMD are waiting on the release of the NVidia 40xx supers until they drop their prices, as they have been so rigid through this end of year sale period.
