    Where is your proof that we're not processing refunds or processing orders since October?
    The Telecom Shop filed for voluntary administration December 2023 and will only be for 8 weeks. The administrators are there to help save the company.
    Comments like these don't help and can also cause a company not to survive.

      My "proof" is in an email from the administrator when I followed up my order outstanding, which shows as in stock and available on your website today. I actually wasn't communicated that the company was in administration, so it came as quiet a shock when I returned in January and followed up my order from October. The administrators recommendation was to issue a charge back on my credit card. Having already waited 8 weeks (ordered at the end of October), waited through 2 "delayed" ETA's, there is no mention of another 8 weeks from December in their email or recommendation when I asked for an ETA. Extract below;

      "At this stage, we are unable to provide any refunds or fulfil orders made prior to our appointment (i.e. prior to 15 December 2023), and as such, these are on hold until we investigate the restructuring options of the Company.

      If you paid for your order via credit card. Accordingly, you may be able lodge a chargeback claim with your bank, which may be your best recourse."

      There is no issues with you trading under administration, but customers, like me, and I'm sure others, are stuck without their cash and without any indication on success of refund or stock being delivered (which you report as being in stock) - so I'm just stating the facts and making others aware.

I just wanted to let you know that you've confirmed in your next reply the lie about The Telecom Shop not fulfilling orders or refunds since October. Please be advised that we're still allowed to trade and we're continuously shipping orders.

          @thetelecomshopaus: Let me re-frame then? I have no goods delivered, no refund available (except possibly via a credit card charge back) and no commitment from your company or the administrators I will ever get goods or a refund despite you "having" stock for an October order. Is that better and more succinct?

          That information was echo'd by you team directly before the administrators - and by the comments below and those online in many forums - I'm not alone.

          But frame it however you want - I've seen the last meeting minutes and can draw my own conclusions.

          "Please be advised that we're still allowed to trade" - I never said you weren't - though you do need to advertise the administrators appointed which was removed from your website in the last 48 hours "by mistake"….

          "and we're continuously shipping orders" - We will need to take your word on that - many online are indicating contrary.

  We're out of pocket $1600 due to unfulfilled orders from November & December. Have seen reviews on Google stating they've ordered stuff in January & haven't had anything ship despite the website showing items as in stock.

      The support team referred me to the administrators as they are unable to fulfil my orders and when I inquired with them I got the above ^^. Keen to hear if you have a different outcome @zonarhd

        Same here @choc87. The lady on the phone at least sent me the letter correspondence and proof of debt form which we sent back to the administrators. They recommended a chargeback but the company I work for paid via PO on 30 day credit terms so we're essentially stuffed unless the administrators can get some

        I have chased the team up about the status of your order and it has not been dispatched yet.

        Please be advised that the Company is in Voluntary Administration. Accordingly, any orders not fulfilled prior to the 15 December 2023 are currently on hold. Until such time that the restructuring options available to the Company can be properly investigated, refunds and / or goods are unable to be released by the Administrators for such orders made prior to 15 December 2023.

        I have attached the letter correspondence and proof of debt form. Kindly see administration contact details below, I’ve copied them as well on this email.'
