Had to double take, cause I am wearing these right now.

Bought them for two reasons, 1- stable when running/gardening 2- not in the ear canal type.

They are really comfortable, but I have found myself being the douche Bluetooth 00s movie guy by walking around with these on while not playing anything. Super easy to forget youre wearing them. Very comfy, and external noises are normal.

If you wear glasses then I wouldn't recommend them based on what my partner said.Too pinchy/awkward.

Sound is what you'd expect for the prince. I'm a big fan of mine.

Same here, absolutely love mine, even fall asleep with them on sometimes and no pain the next day!

    • @Ceta @viqboz is the sound ‘tinny’ at all? Bought a cheap similar set and it was all treble. I know they’re not going to be bass thumpers but it almost made them unusable. Did you guys get them for this price?

      • +1

No complaints, they sound pretty good. Usually use them for podcasts, audiobooks and calls.

    • How is the mic for phone calls?

      • No complaints when I've used them for voice calls.

Main use case is listening to music/podcasts while exercising/walking as ear canal type doesn't work for me.

Wear them with sunnies and don't find them pinchy/awkward

    • These might be a good cheaper option compared to Shokz OpenRun that my daughter uses occasionally while warming up and practice dance.
With gardening, depending on use case, I prefer in-ear maybe when doing the lawn

    • Looking like a douche bluetooth 00s guy does concern me with these, but would also lower the chances people don't notice them in your ears and try to talk to you, so has its pros and cons.

  • I think the Tozo ones rate a bit better but almost double the price

    • +1

Have the Tozos and really like the open bud concept when I need situational awareness like cycling or walking the dog !

  • I'm close to pulling trigger.
Like the idea of falling asleep with one on

I do really like mine. Converted me to open ear. I wear glasses and don't really find that an issue.

  • Bought one at the same price few months back. Recommended. Wear them with glasses, use it for work calls, listen to music. My ears don’t like canal type or even on ear type,

  • Are these as good as the Samsung Q990C? I like watching movies with my eyes and listening to the audio part of the movie with my ears.
Sometimes I sing a long to make me feel like I am in the movie.

    • I've got a $17 pair of Lenovo bone conduction headphones and for me they are far better to use for watching shows. No ear gunk or infections.

I think these would be better.

  • How do they compare with Soundpeats GoFree 2 open ear headphones boasting of HiRes sound and LDAC?

  • Thanks!
I just got a pair of these for the advertised price.
Not sure why it is marked as expired?

How are these compared to the Shokz Openfit

    https://shokz.com.au/products/openfit

These are $289 AU which look to be very pricey.

  • While these are great for their intended use, had some muppet lady on the bus last night talking to someone really loudly with the other party on speaker phone the whole trip…Grrrrrr. Open buds wouldn't have worked, luckily I carry both my Tozo Openbuds and my Soundcore A40s… :P

    • How do they compare to the A40s? I just lost my A40s and need to replace, I wasn't a fan. Sound quality was crappy, people couldn't hear me if I used them for phone calls, hated the touch controls. On the plus side they had great connectivity and battery life. I don't expect these to be better in terms of sound quality, but hoping the other things are better.

Considering the Liberty 4s, but bit worried as there were lots of things I didn't like no the A40s, but I believe Liberty 4s should be a level up. Other option I am looking at is LG T90s, but these are quite a bit more expensive.

I think I might just give these open ear ones a crack as it's only $50. If they're no good I'll have them as a spare.

  • There did not stay on my ear when running- I’m returning them

  • Bought it, thanks OP. At $50 can't really go wrong, if I don't like them I'll keep them in the car as spares.

  • bought one, but left hand ear piece does not seems to work. anyone experience the same issue?

    • UPDATE: Returned the earphone as i could not get the left one to work
