Hi Ozbagainers,

I'm back for the new year and suppliers have already started sending me shipments of shorter dated product at lower prices. I'm really not sure if I'll continue with the short dated products or not into 2024 as often stock gets wasted, complaints are higher (when selling volume products the last thing any vendor wants is 10-20-30 emails per day from cranky clients to reply to) and selling shorted dated product is really, really hurting my eBay feedback (where clients don't read the description then get nasty when their product arrives with 1-2-3 months left on the clock, hence tarnishing the rep of the entire business for the sake of making a few sales of short dated product with tiny margins).

Anyway I've received a batch of reduced Trust Ibuprofen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibuprofen with an expiry of END OCTOBER 2024 which I am bundling with the remaining very short dated 30x Cetirizine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cetirizine with an expiry of END OF FEBRUARY 2024 - ie/ END OF NEXT MONTH

I've only got 40x sets to clear so I am pretty sure this will clear out in the next day or so.

    Not sure if such disclaimer is there, but I'd add that when it comes to prescription meds, you may want to be more cautious about expiry dates.

      100%, anything related to antibiotics is not fun, but tablets like Ibuprofen should be fine well after BB date.

  Thanks mate it arrived nicely packaged today. As regards for expiry dates I realised I had been recently taking some Nurofen Zavance with an expiry date of 7/2020 after having a wisdom tooth out lol
