  • Does anyone know if you can play files off the USB? It says you can record to USB but no mention of playing from USB.

    • yep you can access and play videos, pictures and music by selecting the "USB" input at the very bottom of the Source list. not sure on which codecs it plays but its most likely very limited

  • EDIT: price starts tomorrow!

  • NO mate dose not play movie but will play mp3 u better off get a WD live for it.

  • If you want to use this with an AV amp, be worth checking if it supports return channel over HDMI as it doesn't seem to have an optical output.

    • no ARC. no Sound output at all.

  • Beats the ALDI deal.

  • 50 or 100hz? Doesn't mention in the specs.

  • How many Hertz is this thing, that's what I wanna know.

Ok, so seriously…do any of you guys that persistently ask this same asinine question in every bloody TV post actually know what the real difference is???

  • Im interested in getting a 46" lcd led tv. If this isnt 100hz will i notice? Is the picture ok in these? Im not looking for perfection. Also is it worth getting a smart tv instead of this? i have an Astone media player which can access the internet but its an awkward interface and for some reason it limits my internet speed a lot.

as if this will be anything but 50/60Hz at this price.. geez.. common sense guys

  • There is a huge difference btw 100 and 50 MHz especially you watch action movies or sports channels.

Why? I'm interested to know how you think 100Hz TVs work???

P.S. You're being a bit optimistic with the Megahertz though…

  • tomorrow when? :s

  • it is not a 3D TV so 50 or 60Hz. i don't think there is any tv can work at 1080p 100Hz now

  • Would you guys say this would make a reasonable bedroom tv? Is there anything better around this $$

I asked what Refresh rate it has so I'll keep you posted if they reply.
