      At work we had quite a few 5400's, they seemed a fairly solid laptop, and we didn't have many faults.

      The work ones were a similar spec to this offering, except they had 16GB Ram and were running Win10

      Definitely.

      They were sold with the Dell 7.4mm barrel jack adapters (at least all the ones I saw) but charging via USB-C PD is supported.

        Dell usually brings out its new latitude laptops in April.. So I'd presume manufactured between April 2019 and April 2020… approximately 😀.

        The 5410 (and in the higher range the 7410) came out around the same in 2020 to replace this (and the 7400 respectively)

    I think the 10th gen with 16gb at https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/305309480730 looks like a much better deal if you can find a bit more money (with code it's just over $400)
