SCA Vehicle Positioning Hydraulic Jack 680kg - $139.99ea (was $219.99ea) + Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store) @ Supercheap Auto

I went in to pick up some positioning dollies yesterday and found my store had only one set, but I needed something for all 4 wheels. The staff member suggested these but I didn't want to spend that much at full price. He then said if I could wait until tomorrow (today) they were going to be on sale.

No comment on quality - I've put in a C&C order for later today - but I'd imagine that they'll be fine for occasional use, but for anything more than that you'll probably want something of higher quality.

NOTE: They're sold individually (for some strange reason)

So you are commenting on the quality, negatively, just because they aren't expensive, without having seen or knowing whether that opinion is justified.

Unless you run a motor race team these aren't products you are likely to use often. So, aside from what quality/durability you need, the other option is that you rent them when you need them.

Some photographers use car dollies quite often.

And they'd also be great for solving the "some idiot has parked where they shouldn't" problems that people post here too often.

Some people need them just to squeeze their cars into tight-spaced garages. I use one for my motorcycle but not needing this for my current garage setup.

Speak for yourself. I have a few cars in the shed and these are invaluable for moving them around without having to always be starting them up and driving them (Which is a lot slower than the dollies). They're also great when you're needing to move a car that isn't currently running.

The comment on quality is fair given this is an SCA branded item. They are generally fine for occasional use, but if you're planning to use them frequently I'd look at spending a little more.

Poor phrasing. Should have said "No experience with their quality as yet", and that my assumption is based on other SCA products, such as the SCA trolley jack that I own.

I think the comment on quality is valid - considering OP has viewed them in store. Somehow the comment "no comment" has triggered you. Perhaps OP should have said quality appears to be the same as most other products in the SCA line-up?
I'll also comment on quality without having seen it - Its Branded SCA - It will break/bend if you abuse it, bad welds are likely to be also covered with crappy red paint. but it'll do its job enough times to get your monies worth.

No, the OP wasn't, can you read English?

Thanks OP. I just need to buy 3 . This could be the reason they sell them individually.

Just pick it up by the back bumper and move it like a wheelbarrow.
