My coles mobile expired on last Thursday.
I was porting out of coles to kogan mobile last late Friday and my number is still in the process of registering.
Don't know what is going on. They don’t send email to me.
I don’t have spare number or anyone to borrow the phone to call them.
They keep charging for my usage with non-existent service :(

They might have asked you to reply with 5/6 digit code.
Once you reply it should take a few hours.

You can choose when you click on the plan, there's a drop down menu. Either monthly or get the whole amount upfront.

No you don’t just call them up they will move you to the new plan instantly. Anything left on your old plan does not get carried over though
I switched to kogan mobile totally regret it. No reception where 5G is available. The data speeds on 4G is slow af.
