Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

      Of the 3 similar deals since late November I've had 2/3 track.

      The two times it tracked I clicked through the Shopback App on iOS through to Dominos website and ordered that way

      The one time it didn't track I clicked through to the Domino's website from the Shopback website on my PC. Shopback did add this however at a later date after filing a claim, then randomly in early January I had an email saying Transaction Successful for a $10 cashback from Dominos for an order on the 3rd of January…I haven't placed an order for Dominos this year!

      So I now have 4 cashbacks for 3 orders. I doubt all will come through as confirmed, but fun times!

      Domino’s and PayPal is probably your issue. Just pay with Apple Pay/Google Pay/CC, and it will track with no tissues

        Shopback did not track again for me. Cashrewards tracked instantly. There is something wrong with DominosxSB tracking

          Me three - normal cashback but no Westpac. My missing cashback report had clearly detailed the Westpac card I used including the last 4 card numbers.

          Very unimpressive, especially considering I have to raise three reports for other missing Westpac bonuses today.

            @UrMumsOnlyFan: I also put detailed notes in my claim, however I’m not sure if this was tracked manually as part of that missing claim or if it was part of a batch that Dominos tracked. Normally SB staff would send an email as well with an update if it was done manually

            It could just be that the Westpac one will track later as is normally the case.

    They don’t take gst away.

    So by my calc 16.66 is the cut off to get 100% cash back.

    Can use for Tuesday. And add toppings to 16.66

    Let me know if the tax is wrong. They haven’t taken it away in the past, but now says taxes in the terms and conditions.

    It does now say taxes in t and c’s

    We calculate Cashback based on the order amount, excluding:

    Fees
    Taxes
    Service charges
    Shipping and delivery fees

    So, 18.50 would be the cut off including gst 10%

      Last time the taxes were included, so it was a true 100% Cashback. I spent $10 and got $10 back. So the cut off for this deal is $16.66 and you'll get full Cashback

      The employees are creating a bit of a fuss, and demanding to be paid. I think they unionised, or did something equally distasteful. Anyway, as a result of recent increases in costs, Domino’s and Pizza Hut are pivoting from registered charity organisations to more conventionally-motivated businesses. Who knows, if they can turn it around they might even be able to make a small profit and pay their employees what they’re worth

    Second time Domino's has not tracked for me.

    Firefox with Shopback extension and direct Westpac CC for payment. Purchases from AliExpress, Decathlon and eBay all tracked in the past week.
