Cashback tracking

  • Cashback is available only if you visit the Domino's website via our platform.
  • Domino's can only confirm to us that an order is recorded if you accept all cookies that appear on their pages.
  • Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

  • Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
  • For partial returns or exchanges, we'll pro-rate the Cashback as an adjustment.

General disclaimers

  • Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders or activities to game or cheat the Cashback system will be banned and Cashback forfeited. ShopBack reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any users at any point of time.
  • Any infringement of the above terms and conditions would result in the loss of all bonuses. A repeat offence would result in the closure of your ShopBack account.

Cashback tracking tips

  • Always return to this platform and click through to Domino's for every new transaction. Make sure the link on our platform is the last link you use to visit the Domino's website.
  • For Domino's, always clear your cart before using the link from this platform. Items already in the cart when you visit from a link on our platform will not be tracked for Cashback.
  • If you encounter payment errors during your purchase, you should re-start your visit to the Domino's website from this platform to ensure that your Cashback continues to be tracked.

Special notes from store

  • Cashback is not applicable for purchases made via the Domino's app.
  • Cashback is ineligible on orders using the Cash payment method at checkout.
  • Cashback is ineligible on Sunday & Public Holiday surcharge, delivery fee and service fee component.

    Makes me wonder if the orders that tracked were before a certain time, as in Dominio's not passing on the info to SB after a set time. If it works like that.

      1:30am order and 2:30pm order, via app, neither tracked so doubt time is an issue.

    @gotyourback - is there any known issue with Dominos tracking? Even I haven't seen it track and it's never been like this for me. Can you please investigate? There's many others there reporting this issue.

      Hey mate, there has been some reported growing pains with Domino's tracking since it's launch that I have flagged previously with our wider team, but I've asked for more information on the tracking here to try and see if there are any known issues with Domino's and what is being done to improve tracking and will update this thread as soon as I know more.

      In the meantime; the best thing to do when tracking is missing is to report the tracking as missing in our app or on our website, as that is the best possible way for us to have visibility on merchants that are having tracking issues and the best way to ensure your specific case is managed and Cashback honoured. This way our team are able to ensure your case is not missed, and also gives us an idea of how many users have been affected and a way to provide example orders to the merchant so that any issues can be investigated.

      • Thanks GYB. and for your reference I've earned over $4,000 in cashback last 12 months through SB, CR, TCB program and this Dominos one is the only transaction that's failed to track. It's an unnecessary hassle when stores do this - I'm led to now think they could be doing this intentionally!

        Hope Dominos sort this else I'm putting them on my Ban list. PH, for whatever it's worth, is leagues ahead when it comes to promos atleast and honouring them.

        • Hey mate, yep I can see the comments which is why I flagged this with our team for further review and this is being investigated by Domino's and our Westpac team are also keeping an eye on it. As it stands, our team can't identify any issue that would be causing issues with Westpac tracking specifically, so your best bet is to reach out via email at [email protected] so that we can investigate your tracking specifically as well as have some more insight to be able to identify any issues with the Bonuses. This is not affecting the majority of users, as we have had the majority of Bonuses track, but this does not mean there is not an issue, just that we cannot see it yet, so best to reach out so we can investigate for you.

            What is ShopBack's policy on handling sensitive customer data, data storage location and data retention practices?
            What is the process if a data breach or fraudulent activity were to occur on the customer's Westpac Bank account after providing ShopBack with the requested sensitive information?

            • @purple1: Hey mate, sorry I missed your comment earlier. To confirm, ShopBack does not collect or store any full credit or debit card numbers in our system. Instead, your credit and debit card numbers are safely stored with our provider and protected using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Our security partner is Payment Card Industry Data Security (PCI DSS) compliant, and they securely process your card details for Visa and Mastercard.
              ShopBack does not access your Westpac bank account transactions or statement information. In the event of a missing Westpac Bonus cashback claim, ShopBack will investigate the claim directly with the merchant where you made the purchase. ShopBack also does not collect any information that is related to the access of your Westpac banking account.

              You can read more about how we handle your personal data in our Privacy Policy. All ShopBack Australia data is stored locally within Australia and we will only retain personal data relating to you for only as long as there is a business or legal need.

          • @gotyourback: Also got my purchase claim rejected for this promo. Sounds like a big tracking problem and Shopback/ Dominos need to sort this before any future deals. Interestingly shopback has said it may because a voucher was used. I thought it was allowed?

    3 orders. 2 tracked , 1 didn’t. First time this has happened. All previous have tracked.

    My 24th Jan order done via the ShopBack app on iPhone didn’t track either. Ticket raised today.
    My 2 recent older domino’s orders tracked. All on same phone

  • Didn't track the 2nd time. Raised missing cashback, but not sure how the westpac bonus would work, as it's now showing as calculating (which I assume will only do it for the 40% Shopback part). This Domino offer is just troublesome, as I haven't had tracking issue with Pizza Hut one (including the one last week)

  • Lodged missing cashback and rejected this morning with normal standard excuses. I was using Shopback android app to complete the ordering process. Not happy at all about the resolution.

Instead 'Harry' emailed back with the "orders were not attributed to ShopBack" excuse, saying I may have opened another affiliate link. How is that even possible when I never left the ShopBack app between clicking "Shop Now" and paying for my Domino's order?

        Have DM'd @gotyourback and awaiting a response (understand they probably have higher than normal inbound DMs due to the ongoing Domino's tracking problem).

  • Anyones dominos cashback been approved? mine was meant to be approved on the 24th of feb and nothing yet.

  • The transaction was not tracked, and manually claim has been rejected, very disappointed

    • Think Shopback had a backend update where the trackings that were missed showed up a few weeks later. So if you submitted a claim, it got rejected because of the later added tracking. Well at least that's what happened to me for a past Domino's purchase.

      Check your cashback list to see if there is a tracking showing for Domino's for 24/1/2024?

        Domino's with Shopback is nothing short of fraudulent. They had three months, they still aren't paying the money they owe.

        Time to consider reporting to consumer affairs bodies…
