      Have to wait few more days before I can file a case with them…
      Please allow up to 7 days for a transaction to appear in your Cashrewards account as pending.
      I placed my order via CR app so very surprised…they are usually pretty good..

    Same but I was using shopback. Reported it and waited a few months for confirmation only to have it rejected. I then noticed the transaction in Shopback had an ID that didn't match my order. Im guessing the CSR had put the wrong ID against my transaction. Shit experience overall.
    I've had cashback track correctly with mydeal before so I think it's just something dodgy them.

        Shopback also tracks the purchases only paid by EDR$ as normal. I did it according to my recent post.
