Yeah WTF! It was $20.95 the last time I had it, must've been in 2021 or 2022. Basically a 20% increase in price over the last 2-3 years… which sadly sounds about right comparing it to the cost of everything else that has gone up. We really need to stamp inflation out, CPI update coming tomorrow which will be interesting.

These fortnightly and the monthly deals are the only things I buy from KFC. I’m baffled people are paying what they’re asking from their regular menu. It’s outrageously expensive.
Yeah especially due to consistency issues, I've started cooking my own fried chicken and it's a lot better and ends up a lot cheaper. I can get 20% off and even than the only thing that's kind of worth it to me is using it for the app hack and getting 5 tenders for ~$6 without any extra deals but even then I rarely use it.
The image shown for my 6 wings and chips for $5 had two chips in it. Thats what was shown when I opened the app. When I pressed on it….it then showed 6 wings and 1 chips. Bit odd.

Well that sucks. It looks like KFC have changed their free drink deal so you can only redeem it once a month now and you get an email to fill in the survey (i.e. you can't scan the QR code on the receipt anymore). The code they send you via email is also unnecessarily complex (e.g. the one I have is something like X_5iLnB1XMLpI81O) and you have to tell/show it to the person in drive thru. Hopefully they actually have a scanner to scan the code like McDonald's Monopoly or something because typing something in like that is silly.

My mistake, you can scan the code but it takes you to an updated survey.
KFC can go and F themselves, they've shrunk the large fries box recently. As if it ever was big, they just pour once, don't shake and pour again. Try shaking the box once you get your fries, it's LITERALLY half a box full, return and ask to get it PROPERLY filled. Respect your money, no one else will.
