Ugh, give me a good points earning credit card with no transaction fees

    • They offered this for years. And I doubt it's coming back

Anyone recently done research on a good sign up bonus for a card with no international fees? Going traveling soon and need to cycle a credit card for points.

Annual fees are getting high making the cards marginal.

Still remember when the regular offer for this one was 100k sign on bonus and half the annual fee. Shrinkflation is rife even with card bonuses.

    • Do you remember how long ago was this?

      • I last churned it in Jan 2020 for 100k points. Search ozb deals to find out when was the last time the offered similar amount, but 80k is the most I've seen with this one recently.

  • +3

wtf is with that annual fee? I remember back when it was $150 first year for this card..

  • FF points are a real hard sell at the moment.

Be aware that the travel insurance with this card is only valid if you return to Australia within 30 days.

  • Does anyone know if the additional 20k bonus here can be stacked with the 20k points offer direct from Qantas? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/829318 . Terms look very similar.

  • Anyone able to get pro-rata on the annual fee?

    • Will let you know when I cancel mine…

      • Did you get pro-rata refund?
