If you took advantage of the Redbull eSim deal posted by @Scrooge McDeal, then this deal is for you. It's an additional 1GB free data for the RedBull eSim. If you've not got to RedBull eSim first go to the original deal and follow instructions there, then come back.

To take advantage of this one:

  1. from the RedBull Mobile app, select Profile > Settings, then scroll down and tap Add a Promocode. Then enter REDBULLSURVEY and tap ACTIVATE.
  2. next go back to the Data Plans and click the red square with the + symbol, and there you'll find your shiny new free 1GB SURVEY data plan.
  3. tap the data plan, then CONTINUE WITH THIS OPTION and you're good to go.
    (I've not activated mine yet because I'm still travelling and don't know if I need the data right now, so holding until it's needed).

mods: if you want to consolidate this with the original RedBull eSim deal I've no issues but it was posted 4 months ago, I thought this warranted a new post (those who already took advantage are less likely to find it added to the original deal).

      Just activate it when you need. I got the last freebie when it was posted in August and only activated it when overseas on 12 Jan.

      I was able to download the app, but got this message when trying to redeem the promo code, and install the esim, turns out the app setup doesn't work so great if you already have an active esim… on my samsung I disabled my active esim, installed the redbull Mobile esim, and then disabled it and reenabled my usual esim… promos appear to already be there for me after this.

          This happened to me as well. I've to uninstall and reinstall again before I can login. Once login, go through the above steps and the free 1G data is sitting there. Thanks OP.

    Do you have to nominate which country you would like to use the data in?

    Also, if I’ve activated the previous promo (travelozdeal) in one country (e.g., New Zealand) can I use this promo (redbullsurvey) in a different country (e.g., Japan)?

      My limited experience - i activated the eSim in transit in Malaysia, and now using in Saudi Arabia. So my expectation is no, you don’t need to nominate and it doesn’t matter what country you activate in. You do need to activate Data Roaming for the RedBull eSim.

    I've entered the code but not setup an eSim as yet. If I install/setup the eSim does that mean the data starts straight away? I wouldn't want it to start until I head OS.
    Also can't find any way to see how much data I have. I'm assuming again because of not having installed the eSim?

      Yes errors all around the for me in the app trying to do anything. Uninstalled app, restarted phone, reinstalled app and works fine now. Might not need the restart phone step in between.

    I have entered the code previously, also showing up under the promo codes that I have entered, but the promo is now missing from the + list. Is any experiencing the same issue?

      Yep, I got the same. I guess with the report of the code no longer working and the promo being taken away from available plans it's been shutdown. I'll expire the deal.

          If you used the original promocode before it was cancelled, then chances are the SURVEY 1GB is still present in your app.
          If you didn’t then probably too late.
