  • All booked out in my area :(

Our Bunnings doesn’t care about bookings for events like this. It has the option to book, but no one checks and there’s a paper sign in sheet on the day. Not sure if bluey hammerbarn will be different. There’s craft activities like this every weekend at many Bunnings.

I don’t even need to check ours to know it’s booked out 😂

will the gnomes be available at all stores or just rebranded ones?

    • +2

Planning to make like your username?

(The gnomes will be available at all stores)

      • +1

100 of each make sure there's none left for the kids!!

    • +4

All Bunnings stores should have bluey gnomes for sale, but they are limited. Expect them to sell through very quickly. Limit 4 per customer.

      • Are there expected to be any restocks?

    For real life?

    Let's do this!

  • Thanks OP. Booked a couple in WA

    Buck Funnings

    Highest prices, worst quality

Shut up and take my dollar bucks!

  • I’ve tried to book for dads at mine but it doesn’t show up on their website after I select the date.

  • Wanted to get a bucket hat for my kids but they seem to be sold out on Bunnings website at least

    • +1

It looks like only WA and QLD got any stock of hats. There's barely any in NSW and none at all in Vic, SA, Tas.

      • I saw hats at Hammerbarn NSW when I went this morning

        • Blacktown? I went to two of my locals in Sydney and they only had the gnomes, totes and bag tags. I want the hat!

          • @calinya: Yeah. Went as soon as it opened so I could take photos and avoid all the traffic and kids. Saw some customers buying gnomes too (I just bought a Hammerbarn tote bag)

        • Thanks. Good thinking to go early. The whole of Syd will be heading there.

        • When I said "barely any", I meant that only a few the nearly 100 NSW stores showed stock. It'd make sense the Hammerbarn store got some.

  • +2

    We're going to Hammerbarn!

  • +2

I hope the bin chickens from the show will be there in some form, real or not.

    • +5

Don't forget Chattermax. My kids really want a Chattermax doorbell. Please god let them be out of stock.

Aisle 300, left at the fake grass - if you hit a flamingo, you've gone too far.

    Thanks OP, booked.

My daughter loves the kids workshop at bunnings. I can enjoy a short period of quiet time with a cup of discounted coffee there (cups are beautiful and designed by bunnings staff). And I don’ even need to clean up the mess afterwards. The young lady organising these activities every weekends at my local bunnings is very kind and my daughter loves talking to her.

  • Blacktown is all booked out it seems.

  • Cheap babysitting, i wonder if staff need to do working with childrens checks?

    • +3

I’m sure they would be required to

    Gerald!

  • Must. Get. Hammerbarn. Apparel. ALLOFIT.

Also, nice little easter egg on the Bunnings site when you search for bluey!

      • +2

7 "news" Brisbane went hard promoting this last night. I can't recall a "news" advertisement to this scale.

I don't watch the nightly propaganda, my Mom happened to have it on.

Went to hammerbarn keperra today. Have two kids in the right age bracket. It was great. Bluey is such an awesome thing.

  • We went to the one in Blacktown NSW on the first Sunday of February, and the employees (all in Hammerbarn work suits!) told us that all the merchandises were sold out first thing on Saturday.

Gotta try my luck every weekend throughout February.

Glad I went first thing on Saturday as soon as the store opened for my Hammerbarn tote bag. They seem to be the least popular item going by my hunt for some bag tags for my cousins on Sunday; Bonnyrigg and Villawood still had tote bags for sale
