        Yes, you will get 10,000 woolies points if you load the card with $500. I got one this morning and got the 10,000 points immediately.

          Woolies have tightened their self serve checkouts when selling gift cards forcing you to go through the operator checkouts.

      I just purchased $100 restaurant choice card from a different woolies store using a different rewards card and points didn’t show up on the screen. Not sure why sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t

        Old versions of the Restaurant choice card (EFTPOS) may still be floating around. This deal is probably only for the new Visa one.

        Check your printed receipt - it didn't say it on screen for me but it says "You collected xxxxx Everyday Rewards points this shop" on the receipt.

        According to website, rewards points only appear in your account after 3 business days.

    Bought the Cafe Choice card by accident. Packaging looked almost identical to the Restaurant Choice card. Never seen a cafe choice card before so thought it’s the same thing. Haven’t got any EDR points credited. Has anyone bought the cafe choice card and got points?

      I got screwed as well. As one of the Restaurant choice barcode was tempered picked up another one and didn't notice that it was Cafe choice. No EDR points were credited, made a dumb mistake not to check at checkout before paying. Both the cards are exactly the same and accepted at the same MCCs.

      @look7 Did you end up contacting the EDR helping to get the bonus 20x points ? I am going to call up tomorrow as store I bought from said, I am not the 1st one to get stumped with that and all of the cards were mixed up together in the same place.

        Update: Called up EDR team this morning and they have agreed to manually credit the 20x points for my $500 Cafe Choice purchase yesterday. All in all a good outcome. Looking at the Cafe choice cards it can be used at same places (allowed MCC codes) as the Restaurant choice, so no idea why they made 2 different cards !

    Melbourne, Victoria - Restaurant Choice variable $50-$500 is a rare find. I called and went to at least a dozen stores. They don’t seem to stock it. They have $100s and Cafe Choice $50-$500

    But finally I struck gold in one Woolworths. It is Woolworths - The Pines. I purchased 4x$500 cards
    And they have plenty left of variable Restaurant Choice card.

        Edit. Farking weasels. The limit of 5 cards is mentioned on another page.
        Looks like they split Terms and Conditions into two pages and the second page is under "Boost online" but somehow it is applicable to the previous page. :(

      Yes. Works with venues having an MCC of 7011 LODGING,HOTELS,MOTELS,RESORTS

      Doubt it will work with usual hotel booking sites (eg Expedia) - pretty sure I recall Wookie Monster once saying they had a different MCC.

      But has worked for me if you call the hotel and book & pay direct, and also paying in person at checkout.

    I bought 10 x $100 Restaurant Choice cards across 2 days and none of the points have shown up. The Airbnb cards I bought showed up right away. I'll call everyday rewards tomorrow to see if they can credit it.
