  • Still the best (waits for KMart "just as good" replies)

Actually, I have a few of these…. I'm keen to try to new twisted pile bowdens one now

      • The blue twisted sucker one? I bought it a couple of weeks ago. So far so good. Dries the whole car (mid sized sedan) in less than 5 mins. Also easy to wash.

    • I thought so, until I recently got the original rapid dry towel. Amazing. Not just the material is superior, I could never go back after using a larger towel. So effective.

      • how much did you pay for it? keen to try but too expensive just for a towel.

        • $40ish from memory on sale. More effective than a couple of these things though. Not sure if I'll ever need another towel either.

Not just as good 1:1 but you can buy 5x Kmart drying towels for the same price which has a greater combined absorbency

I got the blue twisted loop on sale a bit over a week ago which is absolutely amazing. I think I killed my 2 green ones which didn't last very long somehow, used the bowdens microfibre detergent followed all the drying directions almost useless now, have to go over the same spot 5 times now even having to apply pressure whereas before it was glide on glide off, hopefully bluey will last longer.

  • Never previously purchase but will now based on these recommendations. However, found for cheaper $20.99 inc delivery https://www.roofracks-onsaleshop.com/bowden-s-own-big-green-…

    One born every minute

  • Perfect! just in time for valentines day!

  • Twist loop towels are a much better drying towel IMHO. I had a Gyeon Q2M Silk and thought I’d try the BGS because it was on sale. Tried it a couple of times and haven’t used it since. Twist loops are so much more absorbent. Just drape it over the panel and pull it across. Almost no effort required and never needs more than a single pass. My car is ceramic coated so YMMV.
