    Anyone else had their S24 shipment date moved a month later? Mine was originally set to deliver 07/02, now says 07/03 in the order page. Base S24 online exclusive colour.

      They probably don't have enough inventory stocked up to meet the demand generated by their preorder campaign and are shipping them out as they're manufactured. I preordered mine on the 19th of Jan, dispatch got delayed, but it was dispatched on the 5th like the email from Samsung promised, got it on the 6th. Both the phone and the Buds2 Pro were manufactured in Jan 2024, with the phone on the 24th. You probably got moved back a month because they don't have any more phones from the current manufactured batch to send out.

      hit up live chat, they will say busy and just take your number but will never call you back. Be relentless, on the 3rd live chat just unload your frustration on them. unlike other chats, Samsung chat do have humans responding only to be from the concierge team (whatever that means) but you will at least hear someone say they will try to do what they can.

      Not sure if that makes any difference, but reading comments for the other Pre-order deal made me think it did. My order of S24U 512gb Titanium blue was stuck at ships from 07/02 until 90/02. Did the above and it changed to shipped yesterday. Again as I said not sure if the chat made a difference, but worth a try.

    Nearly talked myself back into an S24 ultra but I just remembered they include a weak ultra wide camera still, even on the s24U

    Like the iPhone has a fancy new Ultra wide, I think the one plus does.. C'mon Samsung, 12mp on UW? my 6 year old phone does that.

    (Even the one plus 12 has a nice ultra wide)

      After you receive your device from Samsung you will receive an email asking you to send in your trade in device. You will be given 2 weeks to do this. All you do is factory reset your device for trade in, go to post office, they will scan the email barcode sent by samsung trade in, you then hand over device to them and they package it and label it for free. You get a receipt and walk out of post office.

      If you don't send in the trade in device samsung will keep the pre authorised trade in value plus $60 fee. So if trade in phone was valued at $100, they will keep the $100 pre authorised plus charge you another $60.

      In relation to the bonus trade in value that is not affected on the phone you purchased.

      On a side note, if samsung don't agree with your condition disclosure on your trade in device they will contact you with another offer (less value).

        They valued my trade-in at $0, which I argued and after a while they gave up and gave me the original trade-in value I had been quoted

      Be very, very wary of Asurion. Samsung lost my order, after which I cancelled it. I never sent my device as they advise not to do so until you receive your new phone. Asurion have now held my security charge for over a month since the order cancellation and Trade ID has expired, and have not responded to me in over 2 weeks. I know this is an atypical situation as Samsung lost my order, but their resolution process is non-existent. They have no phones, and only an email address or inquiry system within a trade portal to contact them.

      By far the worst experience I've ever had with a business.

        Got a voucher via chat for "updating my ecosystem". Plus I asked for something to replace the GALAXYAI voucher that was up recently.
        This voucher is supposed to be for accessories, but what I noticed is that you don't actually have to add any accessories and the discount comes off the device at the final cart.
        This worked on the previous campaign where we also got a S24 512gb for $560 after trading in my partners S21.
