Im sus about their SPF50+ protection claims. Do umbrellas stating SPF50+ ratings need to be certified/approved and listed on the TGA/ARTG website? I couldnt find this umbrella listed there after running a few searches.

It's opaque - very little light (even UV) gets through. Imagine it's more like SPF500+ directly under it.

      • +1

opaque to visible light does not mean it is opaque to UV light. they are different wave lengths.

if there is a pro version this indicates that there should be an amateur version battling it out to make it into the pros

Going for the covetted and vacant light flyweight umbrella division.

    • According to XIXVON's website, they also make an SE model in addition to the Plus and Pro models 🍎

    • It doesn't look like the inverted folding version.

    • This is actually better than the pro version. The pro version gets issues due to the inverted mechanism. Speaking from experience as well as reading reviews of other buyers with the same issue.

  • I am already brown.. Need a decent recommendation for raining days please 😊

    • I actually like the ones you get from Coles and Woolworths.

  • Thanks! Ordered 2.

Umm no, this is the real previous deal/s, and it happened over 5 times in 2023.

  • I comment on this every time it comes up. The thing is ok, but it's very difficult to open and close back, so just be wary of that, especially if you're going to buy it for the elderly to use at home as well. Quality wise it was meh… something you would expect from like ali express.
