              @thriftee: They had to change suppliers to an Australian supplier and get Australian made ice cream. This is Australia wide. All remaining stores are just trying to get rid of old stock now.

        All you do is put another order through TCB, wait for the Cashback to track, then submit a Highest Cashback Guarantee, on the form it will ask for proof of the competitors deal, all I do is use the Ozbargain deal link (In this case, this deal)

        I have done two thus far and haven't had any issues with tracking, and the HCG has always been honoured

          For TopCashBack, is the eligibility of discount codes DIFFERENT to that of ShopBack? While ShopBack allows "ALL official Pizza Hut Promo codes", TCB only allows "promo codes found on Pizza Hut's site" and on TCB's site, but, currently, NO CODE is listed on TCB's site and I can't find any on Pizza Hut's site either.

          Do you know if HUT5130 and HUT6366 allowed? Are they found on Pizza Hut's site?

            @dlee: If there's no codes listed on TCB's website then you can't use codes otherwise your cashback will be denied.

          I did that a few times, then the last time it didn't track with TopCashback…and not just for me, but it didn't track for my Husband nor my son on their TopCashback accounts either. We all then had to submit "missing cashback" claims with TopCashback and are still waiting for those to be approved. Then…only if they are approved (which is all still up in the air), can we then claim the highest cashback guarantee. My missing cashback pizzahut claim for the 19th Jan is still not showing up in my account. If it ever does, I then need to remember to lodge the highest cashback claim. I won't be doing this again via TopCashback, I've been put off by this experience which hasn't just affected me, but two other's I know on the very same day, so I'd say there was a glitch with TopCashback that day and we're all paying for it.

          Would that rely on TCB tracking in time before the the SB deal ends, to be able to submit the claim? How long does TCB take to track for you?

            @rban945: They will honour a HCBG if the order was placed between 4pm - 9pm (and tracks). You wait for it to track, then submit a HCBG.
            Obviously the upsized 100% cashback doesn't apply outside of that time-frame so neither will TCB via a HCBG

            Of course it does rely on your TCB Pizza Hut transaction tracking, so follow the same principles as every other cashback program (disable adblockers, don't use a VPN etc)

          Are you saying there is a way of canceling your order online? Once ordered, I've never been able to cancel it online. The only way I can cancel it is by calling the store and asking them to cancel it, then I've only been able to get my money back by going into the store and getting a refund.

            @Diana0777: My local PH got mad at me once for calling them on the phone to cancel my order. I even went early like nearly an hour before my order's pick up date to ask them to cancel.

            They got mad and started berating because I asked to cancel in a reasonable timeframe. This was the 2nd time I had cancel in over a year. I would have not gone to that place again had it not been the closest PH nearby.
