No, you can only place order between 8pm to 4am, that's when the banner/deal will show up. However, you can schedule it for outside of those hours
EDIT: there are reports of scheduled orders getting cancelled.

Scheduled lunch order at 11:45. 12:00 comes and the driver is going in the opposite direction to the restaurant.

Nah it wouldn’t be full amount unless the restaurant fulfil part of your order making the minimum spend drop which never happens (Uber specialist here)

Don't order on the last day of a promotion for the next day, the promotion will disappear and you'll be up for full price (know from experience). Other than that think it's pretty safe.

It depends on the when you can edit the order till, if its until 25 Feb, 11:00 PM, you should be good.
if the edit goes into the next day after 4am you will not get the deal.

Would likely be the same - Uber uses "estimated pricing" to put that amount on hold, but reserves the right to charge extra and "these changes will be reflected in your final receipt".
Well I can confirm I scheduled dinner and lunch Sunday just before midnight for Monday, was not canceled and the promo was honored.
Probably because it was still valid for Monday (it didn't end at midnight)? This page had enough people thinking it was unlimited uses despite the deal saying single use because someone said you can schedule multiple orders before they're finalised.
Let's not overcomplicate things on an already expired deal.

Try using just the filters on the home page - click on uber one and offers and see if any restaurants have the $15 off $30 spend tag. Some might have multiple so you'll need to click into it to see what offers are available.

The two orders I scheduled last night for delivery at lunchtime today got cancelled (I presume as soon as the restaurant opened).
