CBTFEB24

The next eBay sale kicking off from 10am AEDT on Feb 22 with 20% off eligible items. Since this is for CBT (cross border trade) sellers you can expect brands like Reolink and Baseus to be included. Fingers crossed we can score some cheap Reolink NVR/Camera bundles again.

Offer Period. This offer is provided by eBay Marketplaces GmbH (“eBay”) and commences at 10:00AM AEDT on 22 Feb 2024 and ends at 11:59PM AEDT on 3 Mar 2024 (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time as set out in the Changes clause below.
Eligibility. This offer is available to all eBay members.
Conditions. This offer entitles you to 20% off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items during the Offer Period, up to a maximum discount of $300 per transaction. Multiple items may be purchased in 5 transactions per person, including cancelled transactions as set out in the Cancellations clause below (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction).
"Eligible Items" means items listed on eBay.com.au where a link to these terms and conditions and the coupon redemption code CBTFEB24 is found in the item listing.
Redemption. To redeem this offer during the Offer Period, enter the redemption code CBTFEB24 into the redemption code box during checkout. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher. You can only use the redemption code 5 times during the Offer Period. Where a transaction for which a redemption code has been used is cancelled either by you or a seller, the redemption for the cancelled transaction cannot be re-used and will still be considered a redemption as set out in the Cancellations clause below. The code is provided to you as an eBay User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis even though you may have registered a number of different eBay User IDs.

    Computer Alliance taking notes

    • Nah this is cross border trade sellers so don't expect them to be included.

  • +1

Fingers crossed we can score some cheap Reolink NVR/Camera bundles again.

Reolink usually jacks up prices to factor in the eBay Codes.

    • Wasn't there some deals recently where they forgot to jack them? Or am I thinking of something else.

  • +6

Is my friend Jack in here?

    • +2

Of course. eBay funds like 5% of this. Double checked - eBay funding 10% and the seller the other 10% + seller fees.

      • +2

Even a year ago, we get contracts of 6% ebay and 14% us "co-funding"

Sellers must be feeling the pinch.

    • +2

Not sure why you got down voted when it happens every single time.

        It's a tired unfunny joke.

        • +7

          It’s a PSA

          • @ChatCPT: I agree with that at the same time.

      • Except it doesn't, not with every seller involved at least.

    cross border trade

I don't get it. Like interstate? Or international items?

    • +3

Interstate isn't cross border. Overseas brands like Reolink and Baseus.

  • Any chance of a decent Steam Deck Oled deal or am I dreaming?

    • +2

Dreaming but put them on your Watchlist just in case.

  • Is it just me or does EB games store on eBay not do click and collect anymore?

    • I can still see it on my end

      • +1

Thanks. I’m using the eBay app and I only get a postage option and no click & collect

'Eligible sellers' here we go again….

    Jackie let's go!!!!

    • Yeah, in other words, the ones no one cares for.

  • meh

  • Anyone know if Dyson Official falls under this discount?

    • +4

No. Expect all the Chinese brands.

    • +1

Dyson eBay never fits in any of the eBay 10/15/17/20% off promos. Occasionally we may see them part of the eBay Plus Tuesdays

The only eBay promo that works is the spend and save

    • +3

Official one don’t but you might found Diyson, Dysom or Dysan on discount.

      • Thanks, i ll look for it tommoz

  • would this include sellers from Japan?

    • +2

It's the same Chinese brand sale that happens every couple of months.

      • looks like 2nd hand watches / handbags also included this sale. Maxed at $300 but still a good deal/. :D

  • hopefully can use this for some price matching 28deg

  • Do we have a link to actual sale items yet or we wait until 10am? I haven’t seen anything in app

  • I'm assuming an item I've been watching will be included in this deal as it's price has increased by 10% this morning.

  • Looks like just 20% off fashion and watches from japan?

    • Yeah, seems so.

Some of us might need CBT with this sale…

Edit, have seen a few incidental items with the code on it, such as One Piece & Pokémon card games… Probably because of the seller Japan Markets (mainly has watches)

    • I see 20% off watches, fashion and handbags from Japan in the app
