  Do phones still come locked to network in 2024? I was under the impression it was a thing of the past. The only time my phone was locked to a network was back in 2003 to orange network.

  The ‘bundle’ means the phone has to be always using vodafone sim to get to work? In other words it won’t work when I using other providers sim? Or it will be unlocked when some criterion to be met?

    It doesn't explicitly say, but it's a fair assumption that it's locked to Vodafone. Having said that, the fact it doesn't say may be a good way to get them to unlock it for free. Or take it back.
