dont china and australia share the same plug pattern?
They use both the 2 flat pin design, and the upside down version of ours. While the Australian fitting plug is newer for them, moist products are still made with the 2 prongs simply because everyone has wall sockets, which many don't for the au style plug

We have somfy motors at home they are amazing and reliable.
I have Somfy electric motors for my blockout blinds. They are incredible. You can retro fit them inside the roller. They are wireless and have a portable charger, similar to a mobile phone charger. I've had them since December and haven't needed to recharge them yet. I couldn't live without them now. I have a lot of long sheers too, but the curtain motors are expensive. The remote can be configured for multiple blinds simultaneously, or one at a time operation. DIY Blinds was affordable.

What you should have done was engaged like a civil and reasonable human being, deleted the offending comment, apologised and addressed the reply directly with just the "facts" since you like "facts" so much.

I am guessing it doesn't have an AU electrical plug, since it is shipped from China. According to their website, they have a have Australian warehouse for returns. Still prefer AU warranty though.
