              @hothot: I did wonder if your order was cancelled because you contacted them with more than one card, although they are different accounts. Someone else also mentioned their order was cancelled. They probably went over the 1500 limit and now cancelling those orders.
              Very unethical company and a complete waste of time. Hope you get the refund soon.

                Today, I got refund for my order to my Coles prepaid Mastercard, phew….

    Also got cancelled:

    We are sorry, we were overwhelmed with the response from yesterday's sale, and as a result, there was an issue with processing the payment for your gift card. We have now cancelled your Special Order and processed a refund for your purchase. It may take a couple of days to appear in your account.

    The Special website and App are now back up and running; from here, you can manage your account and any previously purchased cards and make regular purchases.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will use this experience to deliver something more special in the future.

    Mine just got fixed via Facebook. Can add to wallet but I'm not able to test at Woolworths until tonight.

    I'm never buying from Special again. Lesson learnt. Wasted a lot of time for $10!

    They just cancelled and deactivated my tech card saying there was issues with payment, but payment was deducted yesterday -_-

    I'm getting "Invalid email or password", I'm 100% sure the login and pw is correct.

      @sintro I tested now and it's working. Maybe try 'forgot your password' and reset and see if you can login that way
