      sorry I'm quite annoyed (had a very drawn out dispute after last promotion — they claimed I never submitted an order, but charged my card, and then accused me of fraud because "I sent the card to myself" when I opened a chargeback case)

        yeah, got one just before you but its one of those useless cards that cant be added to EDR (tried GC or CC) and just makes it harder to use in store.

          Click 'Add to G Pay' in the app works fine for me.

          Convenience aside, this is better as a credit card as it will likely be able to purchase discounted gift cards in store, while you can't do that with Woolworths gift cards.

    Just bought a Woolworths card. But it came with numbers and expiry date and CVV like a normal card instead of a 19-digit number like a normal Woolworths gift card. Pretty annoying as you cannot add it to the Everyday Rewards app wallet like it’s the case with normal gift cards, and so you cannot use it in store either.

      As below, you can add it to your Google/Apple Wallet. Last time I bought a few of these I was able to use them to buy other gift cards at Woolworths. I'm probably going to do that again shortly just to clear them out of Special's possession. Planning to buy a Wish GC with it.

      You have to buy a Woolies gift card with this Special Gift Card. Then, you can use the Woolies gift card as usual, including adding it to the Everyday Pay Wallet.

      Source: I did this every time there was a bank/credit card promotion for the Special Gift Card.

        Last time I bought a discounted gift card at Woolies with it, so even though it's a bit annoying, you can stack the discounts in a way you can't with a normal Woolies gift card.

      but now it's not working any more and Coles mastercard is declined for payment
