Don't know if it's common but my annual sub didn't track with Shopback and the missing cashback claim has had no movement :(
My purchase was missed, too. I contacted Shopback customer service and provided purchase ID, and payment confirmation (Paypal). Now I can it it pending in my account.

If it was because they were paying actors fairly or refusing to use AI I'd probably swallow the price hike without complaining. But it's Disney. I don't feel that I even need to research to be sure that this isn't the reason for the price increase
