Went shopping tonight and found this deal at Coles. It may not be the best price we've seen recently, but it's good enough for us to stock up some at our office.

PS: The price has gone up recently. Use to be $6.50 when half price, but now $7.25.

    Yeah this rainy … time ticks on, 'probably … 6 years ago' is quite a while (or 'probably' a bit longer?!?), inflation is a thing, etc.
    
    Anyways, I really like the 'sugar-free' Kirks version of Solo … to me it tastes a lot better than their sugared one, because it has a slight sour tang. Same with their passionfruit one; I prefer the sugar-free to the sugared one, for the same reason. I wonder if it will be the same with their version of 'Fanta' (the orange one)?
    
    As an aside, when do we reckon Aldi will make a GENUINE effort to compete in this space, by offering a big box of cans at ~60 cents each that does not include puke-worthy 'cola' concoctions?

        The woolies and coles near me often don't have creaming soda, sometimes pastito and to a lesser extent the other flavours.
        
        Easier to order off Amazon when they price match

  A couple of years ago in a 10c cds state and territory these were $6.10 everyday.

Anyone know the reason why Coles, Aldi have run out of stock of cheap Cola brands and other flavours or is it just where I was. Very little or none for 2-3 weeks?

  Currently there's a shortage of food grade CO2 leading to higher prices and reevaluating economic viability. They might return (probably at a higher price) or discontinue.
