As per t&c's, also allegedly available for Exetel signups through the app.
They're a bit vague about whether you can also sign up online, t&c's say

    Eligibility requirements

To be eligible to receive the Woolworths Bonus Store eGift Card/s you must activate the Broadband plan via the following link https://www.econnex.com.au/wiselist-app-bb

    But also say
You (“Customer”) will receive $50 worth of Woolworths Bonus Store eGift Cards when you activate a Broadband Plan of Exetel or Superloop through Wiselist App.

BTW, app is just econnex in disguise. Queue the discontent…

  • While Superloop's NBN plans might not be the cheapest on the market

On the positive, the prices this points to are discounted prices that are comparable in the market.

Wiselist is econnex. Read previous comments for econnex deals and please avoid them

They also go by the name CIMET with very loose privacy policies.
It is quite unfortunate but they seem to be everywhere.
Both Cashrewards and ShopBack use them for all their NBN and energy plans.

    • Econnex (CIMET) is dodgy but Wiselist is a separate shopping app. It's more like an affiliate deal like Shopback vs CIMET.

  • great

  • used to be $100 gift card.. im still waiting for mine from Econnex.. been 4 months

shopback is offering $63 cashback to switch to superloop or exetel btw

A true test of a company's customer service is when things go pear-shaped.
I thought I'd share my shocking experience with superloop.

    • I asked for a relocation, and the sales rep reassured me that relocating from FTTN to FTTB I can use the same modem. (fortunately I had a few spare VDSL modem)
    • I got a confirmation on the date that the relocation was successful, it wasn't.
    • No internet after 2 weeks and multiple calls chasing up to get a tech on site. (MAC address connected on their network DID NOT match my MAC address)
    • Mysterious "errors" on their end not logging my request to escalate the issue to a supervisor.
    • Cancelled onsite tech support multiple times WITHOUT informing me, as the remote diagnostic returned "service in sync".
    • The Worst part of the experience was, every consultant assured me a supervisor would oversee the matter and call back, but they didn't.

Like many ISP, their customer service is offshore, I spoke to 7 different consultants, but none of them resolved my issue. It was the same dialogue, script, isolation test and a supervisor will get in touch with you in 48 hours.
A supervisor did get back to me(10 days after my first request), but I already moved to another ISP. The supervisor offered me a tech visit three days in the future and a month free. I politely shared my experience with her, she quickly offered a next-day tech visit.
I cancelled my account with Superloop and asked for my money back, refusing to pay a cent more to this company.
I have been mislead and lied to.

** Cancelled onsite tech support multiple times WITHOUT informing me, as the remote diagnostic returned "service in sync".

Yeah that's the annoying part with any provider, I've had that happen several times with AussieBB where NBN would cancel the appointment with no information at all. It would be NBN cancelling the appointments after their service tests were ran.

You forgot tp mention the 40 odd minutes on hold to get to someone, unless like me you sat there then it just disconnected the call. I went with leaptel, night and day customer service.

      • +1

Ah yes, at least have to wait for 30 mins before i can request a call back..
        Fun times.. NOT

      • To be fair, every call was around 20 minutes of wait before I spoke to someone, 2 x disconnect.
However, 7 x 20 mins is 140 minutes of life I am not getting back.
compounding hours of over-the-phone conversation, including once get transferred to Exetel!
In the last conversation, I lost it with the supervisor, I said; Can you imagine a family with no internet for 2 weeks, in a first-world country?
