  The promo Charmander looks to be worth about $15~ ungraded, making the 9 packs inside worth about $5.75ea.

  Given packs at Kmart are $6ea, it's definitely a saving - assuming you want or sell the promo. Otherwise loose packs are slightly better value.

  Yeah I have received a lot of products via Amazon usa that are damaged, returned goods, incomplete. They don’t check them well or don’t care
