Hey team, I don't know if these are any good, and this isn't the cheapest they have ever been according to camelcamelcamel. The reviews on them seem quite good though and they are half price in a 6 pack so for around $2 a bottle I think they could be a good snack to try. I have ordered some to try, and thought I would share as they seem to be a good deal.

Those caramel nut bars are probably my favourite out of their bars. The maltitol does a number on my gut though

Have you tried the Creamy Caramel Crunch Rolls?

    They taste yuk.

Jv is right…these are the worst pre made protein shakes I've ever had. They have a disgusting texture and this wateriness to them… normally premade ones are better tasting than something you'd make yourself from a bag of wpi… But not in this case.

Strongly recommend anyone who bought these cancel their purchase if they can.

I just bought like 5, ill cancel them.

Yeah I bought 5 boxes like 6 months ago and have 4 boxes unopened. They are a chore.

      • +1

I haven't found a better-tasting one yet. Certainly not one that is reasonably priced either.

  • Is the subscription a good deal? What if the prices increases again?

    • Cancel it right after u order

      • +1

right after delivery… set delivery to each 6 months in case you forget…

Always set to 6 months and cancel them all every few months

  • $2 for 15g of protein seems abit rich

Got the chocolate flavoured ones yesterday, and these are delivered now.
I can confirm that the shake tastes good given what these are. Better than any protein powder I have ever tasted.

These are (profanity) up iirc, full of seed oils, etc.
You'd be better off buying a Big M

    • Ingredients: Filtered Water, protein blend (caseinates, whey protein concentrate), sunflower oil, cocoa solids (1.3%), stabilisers (gellan gum, disodium phosphate, cellulose gel, carrageenan, cellulose gum), natural flavours, emulsier (sunower lecithin), salt, sweetener (sucralose).

Didn't think sunflower oil was bad?

      • It's high in linoleic acid. That's not inherently bad by it's self, but excessive and chronic consumption of it can cause neurodegenerative diseases, inflammation in the brain, heart disease among other things.

Unfortunately; the omega6:omega3 ratio in our diets is very high now since everything is cooked in seed oils.

If you want to look into it on nih, nature.com, etc - you'll want to look at publications within the last 10 years, as prior to that it was believed to be healthy since it lowers serum cholesterol and triglycerides in blood tests.
