New Flybuys/Coles 4 week offer has just gone live in the Flybuys app, expect emails later in the day for those that get them.

Collect 10,000 bonus points when you spend minimum $50 (amount varies) in one transaction in-store or online at Coles, each week for 4 weeks.

Noting offer is targeted, with varied $ spends and the offer needs to be activated in your flybuys account.

      I just completed my first shop, but as other users here experienced last time I got nothing on the receipt that tells me "congrats you completed your 1st shop!" or the next weeks dates.

      My offer had disappeared as well but I did a shop today and I got a message (at the bottom of my receipt) saying my week 2 qualifying shop was registered…

      Yep, the offers disappear for some and come back later on a Wednesday or Thursday when you check again. Doesn’t affect your shops, they still count

        my offer disappeared in the app also, So i can just make a $50 purchase today and itll count for the 3rd week regardless of the offer being in my app or not? also i notice it prints out on the receipt at coles that I have satisfied the requirements for both week 1 and 2 now, so expecting to see that message again for todays shop

            @Yola: I even called up and they checked their backend and said i was good to go, and that the offer disappearing for some users was "normal" behaviour. Oh well, app isnt perfect but at least support was fast to check and give the go ahead. Furthermore the receipt says "1 MORE WEEK TO GO" so i know i fulfilled the criteria for the 3rd week :)

              yea it is normal. also confirmation not showing on receipt sometimes is also normal. e.g. I didn't get any "1st shop completed" confirmation on my 1st week receipt. and I have read a few times on older posts that it's common.

              just did my 2nd shop few days ago though and it showed "2nd shop completed" so it's working.

                @harshbdmmaster718: understanding all its issues, at its core, as long as we activate the offer in the app, and the receipts/spending is logging properly in Flybuys or/and we keep the physical receipts, the customer service have no reason not to honour the deal. Technology and supermarkets always at odds haha

                  @ULT: yea physical receipts is the tricky one. I actually panicked for a bit because I thought I couldn't find the first receipt which had the missing confimation. but I found it the next day. 😁

    Does anyone know if I make a click and collect or delivery order for next week now, does it count for this week or next weeks shop?

      The date of delivery is the date it counts, not when ordered.

        yes in practice, but technically:

        Eligible online orders must be placed and delivered or collected within the weekly dates to qualify.
