Coles (supermarket) gives you a "in store offer" for Coles Express for spending $30 on groceries, or a discount on fuel.
Lost of exclusions:

Save $2 on the coffee, spend $10 more on fuel, Shell is a ripoff
After the 8 cents off, works out cheaper since 7/11 decided to keep their prices higher than competitors.
On top of that, coffee is the cheapest item to give away. When I worked at a large hotel, I was told if a customer had a legitimate complaint, to offer them a free coffee and cake after their meal to keep them happy as it was the most cost effective way. Except for a free glass of soft drink, or water.
Yep a very expensive cup of mediocre coffee.
You can fill up a few litres each time for multiple times with multiple coffees.

Probably because of the legal driving age or something, kind of stupid of them to even mention it as how many under 16 yr olds would be driving and putting fuel in their car to begin with.

Like most Tesla's owners we have a brain and are capable of making our own superior coffee while our Teslas are being filled with FREE sunshine from our roof solar panels. ;-)

In SA most of the coles express converted to Caltex, now no use if that 4c fuel voucher

Viva Energy (the operator of Coles Express service stations) was forced by the ACCC to sell 25 service stations in South Australia as a condition for acquiring OTR (which has a major presence in South Australia).

Don't think so. The price has been increased from $1 to $1.5 and $2.5 now.
Targeted deal? Only for people who are eligible for fuel purchases? No inclusion of pedestrians, cyclists, train enthusiasts, ev operators, and steam engine users.
