Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 Earphones $374 + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ The Good Guys Commercial (Membership Required)

100

Latest Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds for about $100 less than second cheapest on Amazon. It's the newest in-ear model, not to be confused with the over-ear Momentum 4 Wireless.

There have been mentions of quality control issues with Sennheiser, especially the previous Momentum 3s. However, the general consensus among recent reviews suggests the Momentum True Wireless 4 have seen a noticeable improvement in quality. Might be worth checking out if you're in the market for a new pair of earbuds.

Your mileage may vary with Sennheiser QC, but it seems like a solid deal for those willing to take the plunge.

  • Just jumped on this one, MTW3 would have been the top earbuds of their generation if they didn't fall apart. If the MTW4 have solved the QC than this is a steal.

  • I have replaced my MTW3 twice, now thinking to either upgrade to MTW4 or Denon Perl Pro. Not sure if MTW4 is as good as DPP in terms of sound quality tho.

  • chunky box, chunky headphones too.

  • The fact that $400 buds had quality control issues is a worry. As a previous premium only person who has now been buying soundpeats H1 and H2s, earfun pro 3 soundcore etc, I find it ridiculous what they provide you for $50-$100 compared with what is sometimes worse performing airpod pro, Sonys and now senheiser. Would happily pay the premium for quality but honestly these budget brands are way too good to consider these premium ones.

Just an FYI and something the consider since MTW3 have build issues.

RMA return postage is paid by YOU, the consumer.

Unlike Sony, who pay postage both ways (return of old device and shipment of new). Personally will wait to buy from Sennheiser direct, easier to receive a refund, vs getting one from TGG/3rd party sellers

This new dongle for PC is what I'll use to take advantage of all the codecs

    • Just an FYI in Australia you return to the retailer, not the manufacturer.

The Australian Consumer Law is very clear that the retailer is the responsible party for warranty. It is the retailers responsibility to liaise with the manufacturer.

If you attempt an RMA in Australia you are wasting your own time.

PS. Flairmesh are Aussie so definitely support them if you can.

TIL. Thanks, readng the ACL now. Had faulty TWS and worked with Sony, they gave 3 RMAs and then full refund.

If I had purchased from TGG, they would've done the same? Up to a full refund?
