Wera Nut Drivers 16 Pieces, 17 Pieces $61.90

So this will Drive me nuts?

Asking people to pay 3x more is a big ask OP

That was a pricing error, lasted a day before they fixed it. They honoured the prices but won't get that low again.

    • +9

The ridiculousness of always referring back to pricing error posts as some sort of imaginary benchmark is both childish and tiresome.

Regret only picking up one set last time.

It was my first step into the Wera rabbithole…

Oh its a bit driver set
    …. not nut drivers

    • This, the title needs to be fixed

        Amazon listing mistake

        • +1

I know, but it's still incorrect here and there's no need for it to be

  • Better pricing in the past aside, this is an awesome set. Forms the core of my work travel toolkit. I have one here in my top drawer at work, one at home, one in my travelling kit.

  • This or LTT screwdriver?

    • Not comparable as they're not the same thing. LTT screwdriver is ratcheting while this one is essentially just a bit holder.

This is the equivalent to the LTT screwdriver: https://www.amazon.com.au/Wera-05073660001-Nut-Drivers/dp/B0…

Not sure how much the LTT screwdriver costs to get in Australia but probably wouldn't consider it if it was over $80

Great quality kit. Worth getting. There are a couple of other similar sets out for similar discounts so may be worth seeing which fits your needs

    33 Pieces
Same set but with a ratcheting head

  • Can you use the same bits in an impact driver?

    • There's nothing physically stopping you afaik but they don't appear to be impact rated.

  • This must have brand for European cars that always break. Japanese car get away with sca/repco brand

  • are these ratcheting??

Just doing some research on the rachet screw driver.

It looks like they've release a new version of it here: https://products.wera.de/en/kraftform_kompakt_bitholding_scr…

The older one is this https://products.wera.de/en/kraftform_kompakt_kraftform_komp…

From what I can see the 'switch over' function is smaller and looks to be made out of rubber/hard plastic instead of metal.

My set from this deal just arrived. I know its slightly different, but just wanted to comment for anyone on the fence, that the quality is really good. I'm very happy with the purchase.
