Don't recommend this company ever! Awful support and expect more than 40 mins+ on the phone trying to speak to their team. And at the end, they were not able to fix the problem. Never again
May be your phone is the source of the problem: hardware &/or software, eg VoLTE-capability ?
May be build your IT-knowledge & try to identify the source of the problem…often NOT Lebara/network problem.
Some people believe that Telstra provide better-support, but @ a premium-price.
I wasn't born yesterday in Tech. I tried 3 other different Sim cards with the same phone and all of them just worked fine - VoLTE enabled. It IS Lebara network and poor customer service. At least 45 mins to speak with them! I am using all other networks with no problem what-so-ever, but not Lebara.

The above is subject to further updates…you'll get whatever is the current-offer when you eventually activate your-sim, say 10-mths from now.
It says you must activate within 364 days. Good thing it seems it’ll include 5g.
where are the cheap year-long plans.. i paid $53 for a year with Amaysim a while back (60gb) and now it's all well over $100 : (
