Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

    How does the 30% Bonus Cashback via The Westpac Lounge works?
    Eg How much will be total cashback if I order 12 Chicken Wings for $17.95 using my ShopBack account via Westpac card?

      70% cashback component = 70% x $17.95 = $10 (due to max capped)
      30% Westpac cashback component = 30% x $17.95 = $5.385

        I understand.. but how many of us remember the cashbacks. So many missing. Especially when they cashback is a big number. Anyway, contacting you is a pain in A**. On top if there is an extra cashback for westpac card. Then amazing, you guys ask so many proofs just to give $5 back. Now i am dealing with you for the pizza hut 100% cashback last time and another 100% if you pay by westpac card.. both capped at 10$. Now do you know how many things i have proof and provide to get it approved. Rather just leave it. This is where i am not happy. Card picture, last 4 digits, pdf of order, transaction picture. God…. When you already checked it for normal account and approved it… Then why asking again and more for the card cashback. Tiring

          Agree with you. It's not a difficult task but it's just draining. At some point, the reward is just not worth the effort.

    $14.30 is the amount to spend to get 100% cashback. Is this capped by user or transaction?

    • Westpac one says 1x per user.

    • $10 cap for the Westpac transaction. No cap for the regular.

    My 29/11 Dominos cashback is still pending with approval date of 29/02. Has anyone got their approved? I have sent them enquiry but have not received any response.

      The underlying issue that Domino's cashback is STILL only redeemable in 90 days. This issue was highlighted back in Sept in that thread you linked and Shopback has not amended it to 30 days despite how many months it has been since the concern was raised.

        Then don't buy it if 90 days is such an issue… It's not up to Shopback, it's up to Dominos.

        The level of entitlement you get on this site sometimes is ridiculous.

    Mother of god…using the Shopback app to order through PizzaHut for the first time… It just keeps adding pizza's.

    It's terrible.

    Two for Tuesday… shows 4 pizza's… deleted 2…now have 6.

    Emptied cart to start again from scratch… re ordered 2 pizza's…. now have 8… face palm!

    Try and scroll through the cart….nek minute…im on the order pizza page again…

      Yes, they've stopped stocking Magnums, Gaytime and Ben & Jerry's around Nov/Dec 2023. About a month or so later they introduced their new 120ml/500ml ice cream.

  • its very hard to cancel when store doesn't pick up their phone, HQ sent them message to cancel and call me hopefully they will get back to be before pickup is due for tomorrow arvo
