      That's a great question 00 - thanks for asking.

    • +15

No even though their coffee isn't the best for me. This coffee is still worth the $31.50 stop comparing them to supermarket coffee. Coffee is something I really appreciate and the posts discouraging the roasters to put their coffee deals here, bothers me.

      • +3

Well said, appreciate those roasters that try post some deals!

    • +3

Up to 37% off regular price, depending upon blend, plus an extra 10% off if ordering 2 bags or more.

Much easier to click the link for extra iinformation than to post the question.

  • Just a thought.. would it make sense to keep the prices fixed and consistent without running these campaigns? Not sure from a business sense but reputational perspective. Just a my two bobs worth.. and thinking about others (without naming the business), dark roast is always at $12.99 per kg for example.

    • Okay, I know you said you weren't naming the business but who has $12.99 per kg? Cos I will most likely try them out.

Incidentally, airjo Sumatra is my regular. Recently paid the regular VIP discount price rather than these level of prices and still happy to do so.

No, people hoard when its cheaper. Like if S24 Ultra or the ProMax is 1400 for 1 day, more people will buy it that day rather than always keeping the price at 1400 in which case, people be like, ah its always 1400, will buy when needed. Even tho those phones are not worth more than that anyway. Thats the buy during "sale" mentality.

It’s all about running a small business and marketing. Depending on many things, discounting can increase cash flow, test the market, offload excess stock
Advertising encourages new business and promotes the brand.
Some people are willing to try things when discounted.
It also makes more sense to discount as it’s a perishable item. By doing this they have a predetermined customer demand when they prepare for a roast.

  • Is it possible to do delayed shipping?

    • Hey there lolcoaster. Thanks for asking. We are all setup to roast and post asap and don’t have a delayed option.

We do however have a discounted subscription service where you can schedule your deliveries to suit.

      I hope that helps.

      Cheers
      Dan

  • Would you consider replicating a kaapi blend? Malgudi days classic is an example. Your Columbia blend gets very close to it. Is there something else I should try? Thanks

    • Hey there peekabooo. Thanks for your questions. I would recommend the Enterprise as another one for you to try. Not comparing to other brand blends but it is similar to the Colombia.

      I hope that helps.
      Cheers
      Dan

  • Hello, what’s Airjo’s equivalent for Sensory Lab Steadfast Blend?

    • Hey there azuser.
If you can tell me what you are looking for in terms of flavours and your brew method I will happily recommend something from our range. Comparing other blends is a little challenging.

I would always recommend starting with our Enterprise Blend as a good place to start in our range of that helps.

      Cheers
      Dan

  • Are there any light roast blends that are decent for filter/moccamaster? Most roasters tell me I need single origin

    • +1

      Hey there Bliss point.
      Thanks for asking.
I would recommend the Pegasus or Sumatra Blends as a couple of lighter ones to try.

      I hope that helps.
      Cheers
      Dan

      • Ripper just got some of the Sumatra. Thanks for the deal!

  • You guys are awesome, great coffee!

    • Thanks so much DIYcharat - really appreciate that!

  • +1

What blend for 1 step darker than enterprise? I like toffee/caramel notes rather than fruity ones.

    • Hey there skramit - I would go for the Stargazer Blend.

Super keen to hear how that goes for you.

      Cheers
      Dan

  • recommended blend for short blacks?

    • +1

Hey there Hiroko - perhaps your fellow OzBargainers can share their thoughts also but I would recommend the enterprise a s great one to start with.
      I hope that helps
      Cheers
      Dan

      • thanks Dan
will give it a go :)

Picked up Thunderchild in the last deal, I reckon it's a bit too much for me given I mainly drink short blacks these days, but it's great for cold brew

    • Can confirm, it really is amazing for cold brew! It's what I drink daily.
I'm looking forward to trying their new Centaur blend when it finally gets released, as it looks well suited to this.
"Strong and punchy" strength without the bitterness.

    • Agreed, a bit much for me too, but I'll try one of their less potent/smoother blends next time it coincides with almost being out, went with a Lime Blue SO last time as their edge is you can order for delayed dispatch, makes it so much easier to order what you need, wish Airjo had that capability too! happy to swing between Lime and Airjo depending on what's available, both a cut above the supermarket offerings and super fresh, plus get to try all the varieties!

  • @AIRJO CoffeeRoasters I usually make coffee with Jolly Miller, is your Enterprise or Sumatra closer to that ? Based on your response, will make a purchase. Thanks.

    • Hey there TheIllussionist. Tough to compare to experience with or preferences for other blends, but if it helps, the Enterprise is a solid medium roast that works really well with all coffee styles and a great place to start in our range.

      Thanks for asking.

      Cheers
      Dan

  • Hi Dan, just ordered our 2nd bag on Sunday 5 days ago as I couldn't wait ;-). If we order 2 more can you post them at the end of this deal (whenever that is this coming week) to give us time to put a dent in the current bag?

We are using a stovetop grind and your enterprise blend is so good the other half has said it's the best she's ever had (we've had heeeaapps). I gave up brewing at home years ago as I'm happy to pay a cafe that does it very well locally and save the cleanup but your enterprise in a moka pot is fantastic as a long black with a tiny dash of milk or cream. So good the other half now turns down the cafe option for yours and has asked what magic you put in your coffee.

    • +1 if you could add delayed despatch that would be amazing.

    • Hey there DocC - super grateful for the feedback and sharing that you guys are loving the Enterprise. Our own camping go-to is the Enterprise through a stovetop so we can relate!

The best option in terms of shipping time for you would be to wait until the end of the sale on this one. It's running for a few days and you can see the expiry estimate above. We don't have a delayed shipping function. We have intentionally automated our systems to roast and post asap. as soon as you order things happen fast and automatically. We know it doesn't always suit every situation but we are committed to "Fast & Fresh" :)

I hope that helps and thanks so much again.

      Cheers
      Dan

      • Thanks Dan, so set a reminder to order sun 17th?

        • Sounds good DocC. Thank you 👍🏼

  • Thanks Dan, bought another saratoga….

    • +1

Great to hear Kooratz. Thanks so much!

  • Do you have any recommendations for cold brew? Just got a toddy and keen to try different beans.

    • Hey there alexason. I recommend starting with either the Enterprise medium roast or for a little darker go the Stargazer.

I hope that helps and thanks for asking.

      Cheers
      Dan

    Prices going up and up

    • Just a different deal, this one ends up being cheaper if you buy 2kg or more

  • @AIRJO CoffeeRoasters I drink Turkish Style coffee and I see that you do offer a turkish grind option on your website
I have tried so many independent roaster brands that also offer Turkish Grind but they just cant get the right grind or flavour profile for Traditional Turkish Style Coffee.

How confident are you that your grind level is super fine that is required for turkish style preparation?
If so what coffee would you best recommend for this style?

    • Hey there Rstuff. Great questions and thanks for asking.
We are super confident in the grind and we recommend either the Saratoga or Enterprise based on feedback from Turkish grind customers.

We want it to work for you Rstuff so give it a shot and keep us in the loop on how it goes.

      I hope that helps
      Cheers
      Dan

  • I bought Enterprize blend for De'Longhi Primadona sole last time
Looking for something a bit stronger but not bitter ?
    Favorite coffee flat white

    • Hey there ton1 and thanks for your question.
I would recommend trying the Stargazer as the next one.

Keen to hear how that compares for you.

      I hope that helps.
      Cheers
      Dan

  • Thanks Dan
Enterprize was good looking forward to trying the Stargazer

Dan new to coffee machines but loving the De'Longhi Primadona. Do you recommend using the Bean Adapt which seems to work okay or start fiddling with grind settings ?

    • Hey there ton1 - that's a tough one but fundamentally if you are enjoying what the Bean Adapt is doing for you I would just keep rolling with that. You can always tweak settings to experiment a bit but if you are onto a good thing I reckon stick with it.

      Cheers
      Dan

  • When are u guys wanting to do an IPO on the asx? You could be the first asx coffee play

Hit me up when your ready

    • Now there's an idea! :)

  • My last order, Enterprise, is about to fimish, good timing. What to try next, probably something less dark?

    • +1

Hey there ky1975 - great to hear the timing is good for you.
If you want to go a little lighter, I suggest the Pegasus or Sumatra.

Keen to hear how either of this go for you.

      I hope that helps.

      Cheers
      Dan

  • My wife and I are big fans of Airjo coffe. They have good quality beans and delivery is super fast. We have tried a number of other online coffee distributors but found them to be mediocre and delivery can take weeks. I would prefer if they just kept their coffee at the sale price and I just don't buy it when full price.

  • when is the next sale coming up? beans running out

    • Same here, Need beans

  • +1

Running out of Coffee.. when is the next special going live, @AIRJO CoffeeRoasters, Dan?

    • Getting close to needing to buy supermarket coffee..
