Had it in Singapore, not bad, I liked it. Skipped it in Japan for some reason.
I had it in Japan and I preferred the Australian Mos burger. The one in Japan was a bit plain.

Since coming to Australia in 2011, the number of stores expanded to 6 - all in Qld. But now has halved to only 3 tiny outlets in shopping centres. The closure of the huge flagship CBD store was sad.
Guess their hopes for widespread expansion in Australia are dashed.
Wouldn't be surprised if Mos exits Australia. There's not a critical mass of stores to survive, given the need for a specialist supply chain.
Seems Mos Burger's unusual take on burgers & flavours didn't excite enough here.
Brisbane & Gold Coast have been used as the Australian test market for at least 1 other Japanese food chain.
Mainly ate @Mos here with free birthday burger offers. So about once a year. Since those stopped - haven't been back.
On many travels in Japan over years, only ate there once or twice. Even Macas in Japan offered interesting local burgers - like the massive Sumo Burger (I couldn't finish it).
There's better Japanese food!

Ate at Mos Burger on a remote island North of Okinawa. They rarely see Foreigners there.
Staff member excitedly screamed & treated me like a celebrity. She had seen me the day before - now I was in HER Mos Burger!!🎉

Last time I went they'd replaced their rice-patty-buns with regular bread buns.
Was disapointed :( still tasted good, but not the same appeal.
Used to claimed my birthday riced patty buns for a few times. Small but okay.
Very tasty! Best Burger in ages.
