        Made me spill my coffee!

        • Weightlifting with dumbbells can help with your balance.

21G Sugar and 9G fat. Its reaching mass gainer territory. lol. And the name performance probably mean its making more money to the company and not more muscle to the consumer.

      • +1

Not quite… Look at the label again and it's better to state per 100g, since you deliberately / conveniently didn't specify.

        21g carbohydrates p/100g
        11g sugar p/100g

4g sugar per serve, isn't the best but not excessive either.

        Tldr 9% fat content & 11% sugar

Ah my bad. 21g carbs. Still bad. What I said still holds. But I wasn't deliberate or anything. I replied to eastern culture whose specified in %. But thanks for pointing out Mr rep.

Tldr 9g fat and 21g carb.

Now compare that to aminoz isolate.

          • @John Doh: I'm not a fan of amino Z products personally, but we aren't allowed to say that on OzB…. Don't like the texture or flavours. And don't like their creatine either.

I think the added MCTs in this one is where most of the fat comes from, so I think the product is marketed incorrectly. Calling it performance doesn't make much sense.

I work in IT and have a thing for Details and being accurate. Not sure how that makes me a Rep but you are free to think what you want.

FTR I've never bought this ON product but I used to use their standard range in the past

@nismo: You baselessly claim this while i was clearly replying to a post which was specified in percentage, which is 100 always as if you wanted to support them:

since you deliberately / conveniently didn't specify.

              And also

Not sure how that makes me a Rep but you are free to think what you want.

              Also

I'm not a fan of amino Z products personally, but we aren't allowed to say that on OzB

              Nobody is stopping you. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/15054637/redir
I say it all the time. Sometimes even on thier sales thread directly to the rep if you search for it. I stopped buying them long ago.

Also protein is expensive because of the protein content in it. Sugar or carbs, dont care.

              • @John Doh: Didn't neg you. I also don't follow every single OZbargainer to know what protein brands they do and don't like….

You compared this one to aminoz, so I took that to mean you at least thought they were good.

I'd suggest stop using them as a benchmark if you don't like them. You are promoting brand awareness, but hey apparently I'm the Rep! Lol ffs

                • @nismo: Agree, but they did set a benchmark pricewise ;) I still have thier protein, feel gassy everytime i have it.

  • Guys, the isolate is on sale too if you’re looking for a leaner formulation:

    • Definitely a better option 👌

F yeah it's full of artificial 💩. Everything you need after a good workout!

I say pump the artificial sweeteners to the max! Remove anything natural and give em' hell! 💪

I say pump your education up, you sound like you need it.

      • Whey is not food

Why would anyone take this over the awesome Aminoz offers

    • Actual deal always in the comments

    • I guess for one, the aminoz 4kg deal with store credit deal is currently over

  • 58g protein per 100g
That is really bad, should be $20 a kg for that.

    • That's what they write.your body does not absorb that. Eat eggs instead. You absorb 48%of the eggs

USA would be the last place I want my food to come from and not even last place if it's dairy related products. IDK why anyone would pay premium price for below subpar quality.
