Hayfever Bundle: 100x Fexo, 100x Cetirizine, 100x Loratadine, Nasal Decon Spray & Bonus Item $49.99 Delivered @ PharmacySavings

10off

Hi Ozbargainers,

I've been noticing quite a few multiple item bundles being purchased through our website, so I thought I'd again group together the most commonly purchased antihistamines into a mega bundle which provides even better value to clients. Our website hero items are: Fexo, Cetirizine, Loratadine and we get a truck load of requests through for various nasal sprays.

I've received a shipment of bonus Cetrelief (Cetirizine) from a supplier, so I have thrown this in with tonight deal as a bonus item, and for those with overload of this product, this bonus item can be swapped out with Paracetamol which I think is pretty much a staple in every Aussie home medicine cupboard.

Anyway - once again for just under a $50 inc delivery you can fully stock up for the Autumn sneezing season!

Code: 10off

  • Can i buy 20ml Nasal Decongestant, Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 45 ug/spray only? I cant find it on your website by itself.

    • Howdy - super hard to offer this item as a stand alone as it has to be shipped in a satchel which makes it quite uneconomical to order on its own online.

      • Thanks for your quick response. Any generic azelastine sprays available?

        • Starting to get many requests for this, the cost price is so high we can't afford to buy in batches of 1000 (which is whats needed to get a good price), Nasal decon and Mometasone is it for now sorry.

  • Hi Jason, any good deals around for xylocaine viscous? Dont want to drop $100 on 200ml but having some handy for gord/pancreatic management would be 👍 Have seen Cepacaine oral for $15 but not sure same?

    • If you can find 200ml for $100 you are doing quite well

  • Can you offer discount for Trust Fexit?

    • https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/770493 marked as expired, but I have added the code again for use tonight

      • Thanks. Ordered.

    • Why Trust Fexit instead of Heyfexo?

      • The pharmacy told me that they have the same formula. But Trust Fexit tablets are smaller, easy to swallow.

  • Are any of these lactose free?

  • Dr Reddy's, Cetirizine Hydrochoride helps get rid of the dark skin under and around my eyes. Since there is no sunny days.
    .

    • Dark circles are probably due to venous congestion. Should check for allergies.

  • +1

    Hi Jason.

Can you please answer my private message from yesterday regarding my order made on 16/02/24?

    I'm yet to receive it.

    Many thanks.

    • You keep messaging me making statements about slow delivery or lack of dispatch confirmation emails etc - there was no request for a reply in your last message. I get 50x messages a days such as "still waiting" - all I can do is apologise on behalf of Aust Post (which I think I have done about 5-10x to you in previous messages and in the forums). As you live in remote regional QLD delivery via standard mail will be slow. Please hang in there - 15ish working days in transit is ridiculous and slow, but now necessarily that uncommon to remote Australia. If the item never arrives please let me know but to be fair we've communicated around 10x since your item shipped. If the item doesn't show by the end of the week send a PM requesting a refund and I will oblige without contest.

      • So subsequent to reading my reply, you then neg this deal ? Really ? I'll send your refund now and wish you well into the future.

      • It is clear you are having an emotional response to this business transaction. Regardless, it has been been 22 business days and 32 calendar days since my order.
        I'll respond with facts.

        1. I received no confirmation email for my order, including nothing in my junk. Of which other customers have had the same experience (R3XNebular).
        2. I have sent you 3x private messages (while your profile is active), but you will only respond if I post on a public forum (your deals).
        3. You have not apologised to me to me once in a message or comment regarding Auspost, let alone 5-10x as you have claimed.
        4. I do not live in 'remote qld'. I live in Bundaberg, a town of 110,000 population 4 hours away from Brisbane.
        5. Since posting you have communicated with me 5x, not 10x as you have claimed.

Subjectively, I have found your customer service laughable and very offputting.

My negative vote is valid as I have an:

Issue with retailer: Previous purchases were not received or the shipping time exceeded what was expected and issues arose which were not rectified in a satisfactory or timely manner

As detailed here in the voting guidelines

      • Wouldn't a message to you directly warrant a response? That'd be common sense one would assume if he's telling you he hasn't received any dispatch information… Didn't realise these days we had to "Request for a reply"….

        • Just to clear things up, this client has messaged me multiple times and each time I have responded including when they have aired their complaints publicly. refer: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/15039150/redir

Their previous message was 17/3 and I responded today 19/3

          <MOD: Private message content removed>

To keep carrying on and on when I have offered to refund (and now actually refunded) is beyond me.

I am happy for to be on record and show I have communicated with this buyer many times as I have claimed:
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/15039150/redir in the public forums and I am happy for a rep to review that I have responded to multiple PM's.

At the end of the day, the client was not happy with my service (they did not receive a dispatch confirmation email which my systems shows was sent my end) and they are not happy with the Aust Post delivery speed to their regional QLD location.

I can't argue with either, I can't control either - I can just refund and move on.

          • @jason101: Thanks for your response and PM.

Just be careful as @Chazzozz has pointed out you can be banned by sharing messages. I disagree but @Chazzozz claims there is a possibility.

            • @R3XNebular: Thanks - I will remove.
EDIT: I have requested the cut and paste from PM to be removed by MODS out of an abundance of caution, I certainly don't want any more drama today

  • Postal update. I ordered very late Sunday 21 April. Holiday Thursday 25 April. Delivered Sydney metro Friday 25 April. As standard Australia post times goes, that's about as good as it gets coming from Adelaide. Thanks.
