When is cashback ineligible?

Purchases made via the Pizza Hut app are ineligible for cashback.

Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment are ineligible for cashback.

Cashback is ineligible on Sunday & Public Holiday surcharge component.

Cashback is ineligible if used in conjunction with Zip Pay or other 3rd party promotional offers & codes, or if orders are cancelled or changed.

If you return or cancel your order then you will no longer be eligible for cashback and you will see the cashback move to Declined in your account.

Important Notes

The use of promo codes found on Pizza Hut's site are eligible for cashback.

Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.

Purchases must be completed immediately and wholly online.

Cashback may take up to 7 days for the transaction to track and appear in your account.

Any Missing Cashback Claims must be lodged within 100 days of your purchase.

I'm confused the mention of Tuesday and Wednesday offers
