      lol, more COTD LIES

    • Indeed. What a bunch of jerks. Sorry, op. Not your fault.

    • thanks.

    Yeah, this isn't a bargain.

  • +3

    no deal.

  • +3

and my hate for the always dodgy COTD grows just that little deeper…..

    • +2

Mine is at its maximum right now….

      • sadly i thought mine was as well… but after another of there give away sale fiascos a week odd ago….. it just keeps finding new depths. there just seems to be no limit to how far COTD will seek to go to annoy there customer base (i have actually bought a few things back in the early days, including a $1500 tv amongst other things, but never again)

  • +3

ummm… i dont get it.. how is this a bargain?

  • +2

COTD used to be pretty good but now they are getting too much popularity which makes them even more greedy

    • +2

There was a time when they were good?! :-O

No deal here, plus it could take a few weeks to ever get to you..

      • +1

In the distant past they at least seemed good. although looking back, the few things I did buy were junk and/or I never used them. Although I did eat the dodgy vietnamese "not for sale outside of vietnam" labelled chupachups. Which after purchase someone pointed out I could have bought aussie market ones for cheaper at bigw :(

I guess the extra $29 is for the privilege of buying from a reputable store like Catch Of The Day, rather than from some obscure, dodgy web site like the Google Play Store.

    • i actually literally choked when i read your first line, think i could feel my heart go into palpitations…… but i managed to live just long enough to read the second line and the world was ok again….. well played good sir.

    It's a tarp!

Worse still at the bottom of the description it says:

Please note: AC Adaptor not included. Charges via included micro USB cable

So more expensive than AU stock and you need to buy an AC Adaptor!

    • +1

They'll probably keep it for themselves and sell it individually.

      • sneak peak at tomorrows COTD, brand new AC USB adapter, perfect for overpriced tablets. just $69.95. everyone will want one.

  • +1

COTD price excluding postage is same as price direct from google play store with postage included. opposite of a deal.

  • +1

better to buy from play store since its directly from google.

  • +1

    this is con.

    • what you meant to say was "this is COTD" (con of the day?)

  • +1

    More expensive than official store.
    Come on COTD,

  • +2

After the last load of garbage they delivered to me…. I don't trust their service or products. Never again.

Obviously there are better prices and much more reputable places to buy this from.

  • I wish I could vote positive for the poster for posting this, as that has allowed us to slam this pathetic deal!!
