Hi there mate, cheers for the updates here. Unfortunately I’m a bit limited in what I can do when tracking is missing, your best bet is to submit a Missing Cashback claim(shopback.com.au) and our customer service team will be able to investigate this for you.
I have been working with the team to improve tracking moving forward with BWS, as well as improving the process for any missing Cashback claims that come through to us, so this should hopefully not occur should you shop in purchase. If you have any issues with your claim, do let me know, I'm happy to help escalate and get this sorted with our team.

The above meant nothing. The claim was rejected…the rejection cost my wife and I $40.

So what happened when you escalated this? If you haven't made a claim, you can't expect them to read your mind and if you have, a reference number would be handy?
Good to know and that does suck as the outcome it pretty poor.
I personally don't pick up orders until tracked but it shouldn't really have to be that way.
Nothing beats Cashrewards tracking. I have had issues with Shopback in the past as well. I reported the missing amount. They didn't do much to help. It was a small amount so I couldn't be arsed to spend more time with them.

This is what I got back for the last one, I had had to follow up:
"Thank you for touching base with regards to your purchase from BWS.
I checked the status of your cashback within BWS’ system and unfortunately it has been marked as declined. I wish I could solve this for you, but sadly it is out of my hands at this moment."
Miss the days of 30-40% cashback for liquor stores
Just get a Westpac card, was 22%+10% only 2 weeks ago. They're still around if you don't mind to jump through another hoop.
this week BWS had 20% with topcashback and 16% with cashrewards, both tracked in minutes for me.
why only 10% with shopback?
and why will shopback tracking take somewhere between 24 hours and never?

Shopback have a known history of not tracking and failing to fulfil their offer.
Don't waste your time.
Their promise to follow up is meaningless !!!!!
