[CommBank Yello] Kayo One from $10/Month or Kayo Basic from $20/Month for up to 12 Months (up to $15 off Per Month) @ Kayo

1370

Best for those on that are on the Homeowner tier - as this pricing structure is better than the AFL digital membership as this offer is at $240 over the 12 months (AFL digital starts from $250).

  • So minimum saving of $10 over the year and ability to pay month to month and cancel early if you aren't a full year user.

For other tiers - less of an offer, but once again if you want your own subscription without sharing and only want a part-year subscription this could be deal.

Thanks @prash209 for finding 10% off kayo gift cards on the likelihood that account balance can be loaded up and charged for this offer.

      Gone

  • So i take it you can't use the giftcard balance for this then - couldn't see the option

    • Usually they charge the gift card balance for active subscriptions before any cards on the account. The offer would be separate. Also I don't see any "must pay with CBA card" against this offer. So a gift card to further reduce pricing could be possible? Could be worth a shot!

      • For the previous Qantas deal that gave $10 off per month, you could use a gift card to load up the account balance. I assume this will work the same.

    If you’ve got a mortgage with commbank the chances are you’re losing a lot more in interest compared to the gains from this deal.

    • i have a fee free credit card and step pay and get yellow rewards.

    • +1

      I’m still locked at 1.99% till December… but after that… yeah nah.

    • I'm on a discount at the CBA that seems comparable to what people say is good from other lenders.

    • I know staff who get discount and its still not that competitive. More just on par with other banks

      • +1

        Show me a full featured home loan that offers multiple offset accounts on 5.95% or less

    Still works if your account has been moved to Hubbl.

    Login to Kayo Sports in your browser.

    Hit the menu and go to My Account

    Once you're redirected to Hubbl, scroll down and click Voucher

    Put the code in from CBA and you're done.

    • That's pretty good! Assume you still get the multi service discount from Hubble too right!?

      • Haven't got 3 accounts stacked yet, going to move my Netflix over soon and we'll see!

        • Ah nice! Yeah think I'll be doing the same. Since Netflix party has ended without excessive workarounds! Might as well bag some miniscule discount!

  • Anyone want a "Kayo One ($15) / Kayo Basic ($25) per month" code? Not going to use it

    • yes please :)

  • I'm on Homeowner and can't see it

    • From the Commbank app, click CBA yellow on the bottom right, it will show you offers, you can then click view all. If you aren’t going to use it, I would appreciate a $10 code

        Nope

    Can Kayo basic be shared across two different houses or does it get blocked like Netflix?

    • -5

      Is $10 a month too much?
      $5 each lol

      • +1

        What's the relevance of your response? Kayo Basic is $20 per month with this offer (4K and let's you stream on two devices at once) so I'm asking if anyone knows if that can be used on two TVs at two different houses at the same time?

      • +1

        No but it adds up when you have
        * Kayo
        * Stan Sports
        * Optus Sports
        * Foxtel
        * Netflix
        * Disney+
        * Amazon Prime Video
        * Crunchyroll

        • But you're a Nillionaire !!!

          • @jv: Thanks for that insightful word!

  • Thank you!

  • If you already have Kayo, do you cancel it then sign up again using the voucher (once your month ends)? Will it work on the existing cancelled account?

    • +2

      Just add the voucher into your existing account

  • I have Yello Everyday Plus but no Kayo offer. ..🤔 ..??!!

  • Anyone know if/how you can use this is you already have 12 months of Kayo via an AFL membership?

    • Is your AFL billed monthly or was it billed for a whole year up front?

      • +1

        You pay for a club membership, then you get a code which pre-pays 12 months of Kayo in one hit.

        • Then no, you can't get a refund by using this CBA code.

          • @sween64: Wasn't suggesting that, obviously, was wondering if anyone knows if you can make this work for the period after that. Might just give it a go and report back.

  • Cheers, was able to redeem as a voucher in the new Hubbl portal and it discounted my existing monthly Kayo One. $20 still hurts but better than nothing!

  • I have yello but didnt get email or have it on my yello page?

  • I am trying to apply voucher on my existing account and just stuck on voucher loading screen after applying. Does anyone have the same issue?

    • got this error message:

      Unable To Preview Voucher
      This voucher will override any existing promotions that have been applied to your account, as listed below. Please click OK if you wish to proceed.

      • Also got that, I just created another account.

      • Got the same error and have reached out to support and they couldn't figure out. Have escalated it now with the screenshots.

    I had CBA home loan for a long time but only activated my Homeowner status when I setup daily $1 transfer to my non-CBA bank account as there is a requirement to have at least 30+ transaction of my transaction account.

    So this Homeowner offer comes at perfect timing for me.

    • Thanks for sharing, I didn't know about that, have setup the same now.

  • I’ve been trying to add this damn voucher since last night and it keeps failing

  • Perfect timing, as my Kayo via Qantas FF offer has expired. Some late nights ahead watching the Masters. ⛳️

  • Bad timing…My Kayo is about to expire…unfortunately, refinanced home loan couple of months back.

  • +2

    Bummer dont have this one, yet have a heap of other random offers of no interest

  • Good luck anyone using kayo today. Absolute shambles.

  • I posted over on the code request thread however no replies yet. However, I decided to buy sone of the gift cards anyhow.
    Does anyone know if I’ll be able to use them if I get a code?
    They are valid for quite a few years.

  • -1

    Trying to understand the appeal for this offer, when you can get similar prices for the Kayo Basic via the AFL membership.

    • +1

      Those that want a month to month membership - rather than a 12 month sub/ voucher.

    • -1

      You obviously didn't think very hard. You could use this for 6 months and cancel rather than a chunk of change up front and needing to be on it for 12 months.

  • We have Kayo billed by Telstra. Has anyone tried adding their code to their Hubbl account with any success?
