      With Kindle, you can simply email your books to an email account and then they'll appear on the Kindle. Does Kobo have a similar feature? Or do you have to use Calibre?

    Will this colour e-ink reader be good for comics as well? I have an iPad which I use for comic books and magazine reading but I find e-ink displays so much easier on my ageing eyes and visually closer to paper then a tablet display

    Something worth noting, the Kobo store price matches. So effectively, whenever Kindle has a sale (e.g. daily deals) they'll give you credit for the difference (plus I think 10%). Take a screenshot though as they can take greater than 24 hours to verify.

    You can also buy from Google Play, which usually has the same prices as Kindle monthly deals (but not daily - use the Kobo price matching for that.)

    I'd also recommend setting up an account with the US or UK store, as their prices, sales and range are usually much better.

    Man I'm really curious about the colour eInk displays but I can't really justify a Kobo reader where I already have a different ebook reader (Pocketbook) with an active books subscription that I barely use :D

    I wonder how the battery is. I was looking into Boox color ereaders, but found that the color matrix darkens the screen making it necessary to boost up the front-light which then impacts battery life. You end up with days worth of battery rather than weeks. Still tempting though

    Kobo internal storage is pretty easy to upgrade, for those concerned with size. Obviously your waterproof seal would be gone.

    Kobli.me is a new tool I tested that solves that. All your books would be kept in your google drive except for those being actively viewed.

    Can anyone comment on the note taking capabilities? I'd like to get an e-ink type product to take meeting notes, take notes when on training etc etc. I usually use old school notebooks but one of these or similar would be way more convenient.

    Is this going to be too small, should I just fork out for something bigger? I probably don't need colour either.

    Remember you can combine it with 6% off gift cards (I got via Bupa SmartRewards). I have a old Kindle Paperwhite from 2018 so want to upgrade for a long time and this would the best deal to jump on. I got Libra Colour since I want to take notes as well.

        I would’ve thought Booktopia has a closer relationship with Kobo than Jb or HN. Yet they both manage to get stock, especially JB who got them in their stores.

    Looks like the issues might be due to them going bust shortly.

    From a stock price of $3 3 years ago, they have now dropped to 6 cents.

    These issues remind me of when I've ordered from companies shortly before they close previously, I think it's likely they'll either close down or be bought out. This is all pure speculation, however.
