    Thanks, got one! My current MX Vertical exterior was starting to disintegrate, so time to go back to the MX Master (at least you can get skins for them when they do turn gross).

          I didn't realise skins for the MX3 were a thing, cool, that's an option to extend the life.

        Or simply replace the shell. It's not that hard to do. Though depends on where you get it, the cost can range from resonable to "why not buy a new one".

        TBH I'd say they should have a version without rubber coating.

      I had no idea you could get skins! Any idea if they adhere well long term to the rubbery matt finish of the 3S?
      I have an older 2S where the rubber on the scroll wheel seems to be decomposing. 3S is doing great, but buttons have developed a gloss finish due to wear and tear

        Just a heads up, I think they're unique to the user and have 3x transaction use per code. Mine started with SNSMD but the rest was completely different.

    Not too long ago, I jokingly said to my mate that the MX mouse could write code with just a click, when he asked how good the mouse is for Dev work.
    Surprisingly, just last week, Logitech updated their LogiOptions software, and now you can REALLY launch ChatGPT with just a mouse command.

    According to the listing this is the Bolt version not the unifying receiver so if you have a unifying keyboard you will need a spare USB port
