Having troubles seeing the voucher on Android phone, stuck at 'Loading your gift card, please do not leave this page'

Interestingly enough the $25 and $75 vouchers seem to have the same provider (giftcards.com.au) but look different - the $25 is an A4 PDF and the $75 is smaller and formatted for a phone). On Android, the $25 just shows a blank white screen and app crashes, the $75 shows the barcode of the voucher but then hangs.

@gotyourback - seems to be an issue with opening these gift cards on the ShopBack app, is this something you can look into? Was very embarrassing holding up the line at Coles today, trying to work out why this card wasn't loading! Cheers.

i got the response today it will take 21 days to investigate??? If I had known there were issues with these, I wouldn't have bought it!
