      Yes can confirm on S21 with latest updates. Also tried disabling Adguardhome on my network, same thing.

      Works fine on iphone :(

      Interestingly enough the $25 and $75 vouchers seem to have the same provider (giftcards.com.au) but look different - the $25 is an A4 PDF and the $75 is smaller and formatted for a phone). On Android, the $25 just shows a blank white screen and app crashes, the $75 shows the barcode of the voucher but then hangs.

  • @gotyourback - seems to be an issue with opening these gift cards on the ShopBack app, is this something you can look into? Was very embarrassing holding up the line at Coles today, trying to work out why this card wasn't loading! Cheers.

      Hey mate! We've heard a few folks having trouble getting their hands on Coles gift cards lately. There's an ongoing issue and we're working hard with Coles to sort it out for good. ️

        I emailed, and the rep came back to me saying they would forward to a different department to complete an investigation?

        • i got the response today it will take 21 days to investigate??? If I had known there were issues with these, I wouldn't have bought it!

    • SB have sent me the $100 voucher after raising a ticket with them.

      • how long did that take? I sent the message to them today and they said it would take 21 days to investigate……

        • Logged it on wed 24th, voucher received this morning
