Alongside the TRAVEL10 coupon, the prices are very reasonable.
I never had to claim but found Southern Cross was both cheaper and catered better to my needs for a recent interstate trip for my family. Shopback is currently at 7% but it does go higher on occasion.
Wondering if this is better than the regular AusPost that, from what I read but haven't really checked IRL, makes no problems whatsoever with claims. And AusPost gets extra cashback from time to tam. I'm flying overseas in a couple of months, so I still have time.
