  I would strongly recommend not to go for this deal as I bought this in January during the 130% cashback deal and it was successfully tracked. It has been over the ‘confirmed by’ date and I have raised a ticket as well as sent them email and no updates other than “We are confirming the transaction with PureVPN”

  Still not tracked for me, I think I'm probably going to see how their money back guarantee goes, I didn't need another VPN, I just figured I would try because it was going to be free.

    Put in my request for a refund, they claim to refund within 24 hours, days ago they claimed they were forwarding my request to the relevant team. I've sent a follow up adding further complaints to my request to refund. Much like the cashback, their refund policy is clearly a policy they don't intend to follow.

      They have now refunded. When I followed up they asked if I wanted to stay with partial refund or get an extra year for free instead. I said no just the refund. They issued the refund.

      So if you request a refund you will probably need to follow up to get them to provide it, but it seems they will provide it.
